I am hypersensitive to the "faking" of reality TV- and I wondered how the camera crew could be inside if no one was there to open the restaurant-- they showed that they had mounted cameras all over the place that I assume were either motion controlled or taping non-stop.
I noticed that too, Joe.
The cameras are operated remotely, I believe. So they can turn them on, off and whatever from outside the building.
I agree it looked like a mounted camera based on the angle.
I'm just finishing up the episode and WOW are those two in need of some serious intervention! You can see the crazy in her eyes.
Paranoid and delusional are only the first two ingredients of this crazy pie!

"You can see the crazy in her eyes."
It also doesn't help her case that she used botox to freeze the crazy permanently onto her face.
The court ordered her to pay $36,294.95 in restitution. Ms. Bossingham plead guilty to submitting an application for a line of credit with M & I Bank using the social security number of another person. The Bank approved the line of credit in the amount of $15,000.
On June 15, 2004, the Court sentenced her to fourteen months prison. (she appealed, but eventually lost, reported to prison in Oct, 7, 200

Wow that was crazy. Why in the world did they post on their FB about the episode airing? Did they really have no idea how they were gonna come off? That scares me how off the charts delusional they are.
lol - it's the main story on the yahoo! home page.

That was incredible. Just when I think I can't love Gordon Ramsey anymore he goes and gives me this.

Wow you guys. I just watched the episode On Demand and my anxiety level went through the roof. There were moments that were so stressful I had palpitations.
I never watched the Gordon Ramsey show because when they promoted it before it premiered it was all him screaming and turning beet red and I thought, eh, I don't need to watch yelling. So watching this episode was a revelation.
First of all, there's serious pathology going on with that couple. He's abusive and a liar and a thief and I would have to say she seems to exhibit all the hallmarks of a person with borderline personality disorder. Watching her turn on a dime on that young woman just for saying "you sure?" and absolutely *not being able to let it go* even the next day was kind of frightening.
Listening to her go on and on and on with Ramsey and her husband unable to get a full sentence out because she kept talking over them and finally erupting with "Nobody ever lets me talk EVER!" really shows how much she needs a serious psychiatric intervention. Together they are in a really sick symbiotic relationship. Clearly, he is the one making the Facebook posts that are not in all caps and with a sort of broken English to them. The fact that they are threatening is very creepy. I honestly don't think this story can possibly end well. It looks like they swirl into their mental illness spiral every single day, and after watching the husband's response in The Day After feedback morning, he must basically say EVERY SINGLE DAY that they are going to "forget yesterday," (certainly never resolve anything), and start fresh today.
Of course, in the scenes from the day before Ramsey arrived, watching the two owners pounce on customers and berate them was really scary. Watching Amy go out of the place and call a guy who refused to pay for pizza he never got a "pansy," well, of course that set us all up to enjoy the shadenfreude that comes in the rest of the episode.
I liked how in The Morning After part of the show, Amy has her hair down Broadway's Mr. Hyde-style. I liked how the poor woman delivering food gave a sort of nervous chuckle when she would present one of the horrible plates to Ramsey. I mean, she's essentially in an abusive relationship with the owner, so it's not really funny, but, ugh, what else can you do?
And yes, I will officially see Amy's tight and rage filled face and hear her shrill voice whenever I read a certain poster's borderliney posts on this site.
Yeah, I was trying to figure out what was wrong with them. I definitely see that they have borderline personalities. Nobody snaps as fast as Amy did when someone just asked a simple question that wasn't even rude or should provoke a fight in normal circumstances.
It was really scary hearing that they go through staff so fast too. I used to work in a restaurant. I stayed for almost 4 years because the managers were nice and good. I know we never went through 100 or more staff in a year. Maybe 4 or 5, if that.

Hell, I worked at Taco Bell for four years (part of high school and undergrad) and I doubt we went through even 50 employees in that time, definitely nowhere near 100.
"I AM WONDER WOMAN. I AM A GREAT CHEF, A GREAT WIFE, AND A GREAT MOM TO MY KIDS. AND WE WILL BE PARENTS TO A HUMAN KID, ONE DAY TO. WE WILL SHOW ALL OF YOU"
That settles it. She's a mean green mother from outer space!
I watched the segment where the store is closed and filmed from inside again. There are three shots, two ore obviously from a hand held camera (shaky with a rapid uneven non mechanical zoom), one, the long shot, is defiantly from a servo driven wall mount. I still claim staged. NOTHING in reality TV is completely real. There is also a wall mount camera facing the freezer in the kitchen, there are just a couple shots from that one.
Their Face book page has also been cleaned up.
Of course reality tv isn't 100% real. But I highly doubt that they would have had permission to go back and film AGAIN after the meltdown, just to capture it on camera. (But I only noticed ONE show (the long shot) from inside the store when the shop was closed.
She's obviously gone on to other restaurant websites and food blogs and stolen their pics, posted them onto her website and facebook page and has passed them off as her own.
One of the victims, Shockley's Sweet Shoppe was made aware of it and they posted on her facebook page requesting she take the stolen photo down from facebook and her website.
She hasn't complied. The photo is stiil there.

Local AZ TV Interview WIth Mr. & Mrs. BatShit Crazy

Going to look for this episode. Not a fan of Gordon Ramsey but this sounds like I need to pop a cpl of bags of popcorn, sit back and watch. :)
They claim their FB page was hacked. But it's clearly them, so my question is were they really stupid enough to get the FBI involved?
I'm thinking probably: the same crazy that led them to think Gordon Ramsey would vindicate them would probably make them think they can either fool the feds.
Only the ugly, generic cakes on their site can't be found elsewhere on the net. She has stolen pictures from EVERYWHERE, even Martha Stewart. They are even on THEIR personal Facebook page. The lovebirds share an account.
I totally think this should made into a epic musical. It has comedy, drama ,cake. And Amy would be simple to write, nothing but meows .

Stressful is right- my anxiety level soared as I watched the show, too Namo.
Notice how in their initial interview they both went on and on about their perfect relationship? They fell so in love so instantly and are perfectly in harmony! And then you see them- they can't communicate, they snap at each other, her only "problem solving skill" seems to be to leave. And the interviews with the ex-staff indicate that it's like that all. the. time.
I feel bad for those cats.
