LOL, DD.
In other news, I have furniture, finally. A little serving table/table/counter & a chest of drawers so I can stop living out of mesh little boxes!
I don't like mustard either.
And boy do I need furniture! My living room is very sparse right now. Literally, a futon and a tv, that's it!
I like sparse.
My apt is quite large and spacious, and all I have is a futon sofa, coffee table, tv, desk, my bed and two dressers. Lots of open space. I likey...
Ugh... being responsible sucks.
I was just invited to go to a Dreamgirls screening. I have work to do at home. An interview to SM a show. I could have blown-them off and gone. *sigh*

Now WHAT could you do in all that open space, hmmmmmm?
And you should GO to the screening - life's short!!!
*sigh* Life's short, but so's the time I have to get stuff done! I have only the next two nights... then it's Dina Martina Thursday, Santaland Diaries on Friday, skiing on Saturday, leaving on Sunday. In there I have to finish projects, do laundry, clean my apt. (nothing worse than coming home from vacation to a messy home)

You realize, of course, that after you pass this up and get all of your stuff done, you're going to be on here at 3am with insomnia screaming, "WHY DIDN'T I GO TO DREAMGIRLS?!?!?"
I think you should do it for Spidey - poor lost Southern boy that he is, without any way to see it!

Just saying hi... Had a crazy day today. We were doing "caroler-grams" (a new thing for us) and drove all over SoCal in a van, going to about 7 different places of business, delivering gift baskets from the company that hired us and singing 3 or 4 songs in each place. I had to get up at 5:30am to meet everyone in Long Beach at 7am. YUCK! We were done by 2:30pm, though, so I guess it wasn't too bad.
How's everybody else today?
*the cows bring cocoa to all*
ohhh erica, i have your version of the christmas song on my myspace as the song for the page

Oh, that's great, harris! I'm so glad you like it! And thanks for the cocoa!
In case anyone else wants it for their myspace, it's here:

Hello!
Erika - sounds like quite a day! At least you got to spread holiday cheer.
I just got back from the hubby's holiday party where I met his co workers for the first time. Everything went better than I expected! I was quite a hit if I may say so myself, lol! I found a new theater parter too, woohoo, but we will see if anything comes of it.
DD - I'm completely understand what you did! I would normally do what needed to get done and not go out and have fun. Then I'd kick myself for it the next day.

DG, on the other hand, getting the work finished might prevent an attack of insomnia. I awoke worrying about a case and worked on it this afternoon and should sleep soundly.
Hello all!

Hi Y! How are the kitties?

Tink: Yep, it was pretty nuts. But all the employees we visited were very happy to see us, so that was nice.
DD: Yeah... I'm thinking that if you have time to waste with us here, ya shoulda just gone to Dreamgirls! :-P
Hi B! The Kitties are good. It is actually cold for LA, so they are snuggling together and being all cute and stuff. They keep playing with my wrapping paper so it makes it a challenge to wrap gifts, let alone put ribbons on things!
I hope your family is getting all good and ready for the holidays.
DG - it must be even colder where you are. We are not used to this weather - it actually feels like winter. Damn!
Erika, it sounds like you were the Holiday Express today.
YWIW, haven't talked to you in forever!!

YWIW - You have no idea! Actually, as a SoCal person, you'll appreciate this. We all met up in Long Beach, then drove out to Riverside, then to Perris, then to Rancho Cucamonga, then all the way down to Irvine and Santa Ana, then back to Long Beach, then I drove back to the Valley. Oy!
For someone who has no idea where any of that is, it still sounds daunting!!!

lol! Well, suffice it to say we drove well over 250 miles when all was said and done.
Holy crap! And to think, I don't go more than a couple miles away from my apartment whenever I am in the city!!!!
Oy. At least traffic should not have been too bad. But oy.
Erika, you are one woman committed to her craft, I will give you that. You go girl!
Happy Hannukah Liotte!
Things here have been busy - I have not been on the board much - between work and my baking mania and going back on the condo board.
I hope all is well with you!
Happy Hanukah! I forgot it was hanukah! I haven't lit candles or done anything Jewish lately! Well, I did go by the temple today to pick up my paycheck, does that count?
