Seriously, doesn't chocolate make you happy?
It is so awesome, why is it so amazing?
What do you like about chocolate...?
Or for those who for some insane reason don't enjoy chocolate, why do you hate it?
i love chocolate. my mom just sent me a huge bag full of it. boy, am i happy. it's so good.
it makes people happy because it contains that same thing that is released in your brain when your in love? i think it's something like that. i know that there is a scientific connection between chocolate and happiness.
it just tastes so amazing. it's beautiful. i love chocolate.
It causes your brain to release seretonin, which makes you happy.
Aside from that...chocolate is just YUMMY!
I just recently discovered Godiva truffles...yeah, THATS an expensive habit should I choose to pursue it.
Forget Godiva: next time you're in Europe, it's worth the trip to Belgium just to buy chocolate truffles from the independent chocolatiers. Nothing I've ever had comes close to the creaminess and deliciousness of their chocolate. Not only is it better than Godiva, but it's also really cheap: I bought a box of two dozen truffles for 9 Euros.
I found a particularly amazing, family-owned chocolatier called Dumon. Their website is below. Too bad they don't deliver overseas!
Dumon
Oh wait, they DO ship, through a company called Chocobong! Hmmmm......

mmmmmm chocolate...... maybe thats why im hyper right now
Did you know chocolate contains the stimulant Xanthine? I learned that today in class. Chocolate also contains 2/3 the amount of caffiene in a cup of coffee.
Now I'm back in the UK, I discovered an organic chocolate shop called Montezuma and dear GOD their chocolate is fantastic. Their dark chocolate bar spiced with chilli is to die for.
Personally, I don't think I'd want to eat chocolate that has the same name as an indigestion disease.
Montezuma?
She's referring to "Montezuma's Revenge" as in the "disease" you can contract from drinking the water in Mexico.
It's a much more poetic way of saying "diarrhoea".
I had no idea about that. They actually have a truffle called Montezuma's Revenge, too. It's dark chocolate, lime, tequila and chili.

Not that the disease was named after an Aztec king or anything.
And chocolate was made to torment. I had half a chocolate twist from Sainsbury's today and it wasn't nearly enough.
Half? HALF? What's wrong with you?

I like my chocolate as dark as I can get it. Yum! That truffle with the lime sounds amazing.
I just finished baking these cookies, and they are SO so good.

I was sharing with a friend, poppy. :) We're going to see Billy Elliot, and bonded this morning by waiting about 3 hours for them to release day seats.
And may I mention, twas the Aztecs who discovered the beautiful properties of chocolate in the first place? Twas the Spanish who added sugar....
Enjoy Billy Elliot, Plum. Buy more chocolate on the way
