michael mcdonald most def falls into this category
i love joss stone, she really has a voice on her
lisa stansfield is another great "blue eyed soul" vocalist
annie lennox is on the top of my list also
elvis presley (when he wasn't singing cheesy movie songs), his "in the ghetto" is one of my favorites.
