That would be quite interesting if he sang that Lexi, but I can kinda picture it too.
Unavoidable laughter aside, I would really like to hear him sing High Flying Adored.
And no, not just 'cause Raul sounds good on it. They sound nothing alike.
I can imagine that, Lexi. It'd be so interesting for him to do something from that show.
"High Flying Adored" would be great, but it would be such fun to see him in one of the upbeat numbers from Evita. "And the Money Kept Rolling In" would be interesting. Something showy!
I think Mano is the sort who would be better off standing still while singing. You know, like Adam. Adam's fine, until he starts to move.
High Flying Adored is just so gorgeous. I'd like that a lot, though I don't know who I'd want him to sing it with.
He needs to dance.

I just want to see something different. Campy, showy, whatever!
He should do Johanna. Without a doubt.

I agree with Fantab. Mano should do something different. As much as I love Not While I'm Around...he should really sing something else. I hope he sings Johanna.
This was posted on Wednesday - I guess we all missed it. We already knew the date, but it's still nice to see it all official and everything.

We'll have to keep looking here to see when tickets go on sale:

They probably won't go on sale until like a month before the gig. I'm surprised they even listed it this early!
Me too! Especially considering all of the miscommunication between Joe's Pub and Telecharge in May.
Escher staircase!
Sigh. If it was that weekend, I probably could have been able to go, but meh. I shall live though.
I hope there are some pretty pictures from Monday.
Me too! It's a highly photographed event, though. This is the first time in a couple of years that I won't be able to go, but thankfully it'll be on TV.
Yes, I've seen the pictures from past years. It looks like a lot of fun.
Hopefully Mano doesn't wear anything involving meat.
They have to dress nicely.
I'm sad I won't be able to go either. The TV broadcast is always disappointing, because they come in in the middle of songs or go to commercial early. I shouldn't be complaining though, because at least it's something.
I hope they don't butcher the broadcast. It's usually a little more entact than Broadway on Broadway is.

I'm going on Monday, but nobody else is from here?!
I didn't know it was televised. Perhaps I might reconsider it then....
Were you going to go with somebody (from here or not)? If you can go and you have someone to hang out with, you should definately do it! It's a lot of fun and much better to be there than to watch it on TV, even if you sit far back. I'm not sure they even show all of the performances on TV.
I'll be there on Monday.

Me and WickedGeek will be going, anyone else coming too from here, pm me
How much is it to go? Because I'm going to be working in the city all monday and could easily get there. But I can't find any info about price.
Gypsy, it's free! Silly.
aw, I hope y'all have a great time. It's such a fun event.
