Good question.
To be honest, I'm not entirely sure. It's about this woman who is trying to quit smoking...and stuff. The plot is completely non-linear, making it kind of hard to follow and/or explain. Or at least that's the impression I got, from the concert version.
edit: Maybe someone else knows more?
