A Steady Rain: Daniel Craig hates cellphones

That's what people said about Radcliffe. I think there's too much time between the close and Tony time.

Equus being overlooked was a shocker, but I think these are more high profile stars, and Hugh Jackman could go on stage and take a **** and they'd still give him a Tony nom.
I walked by the theater tonight, and I'm amazed that they would book two shows side by side that both are 90mins and have high profiles star in them. That street is a madhouse!

You say that like it's a bad thing.

What 2 shows?
"Equus being overlooked was a shocker, but I think these are more high profile stars"
Well, Daniel R is also a high profile star though, I could be mistaken though. But Daniel Craig just did 007 as far as I can remember.
"Hugh Jackman could go on stage and take a **** and they'd still give him a Tony nom"
LOL!!! That made me laugh!

Wolverine, James Bond and Tony Soprano all within ear shot!

I'd have to guess that more people know who Daniel Radcliffe is than Daniel Craig. Six HP movies > 2 JB movies. Prior to Casino Royale the only film I'd seen Craig in was the first Tomb Raider

Only once have I seen this happen myself, when Roger Robinson rebuked an audience high atop the Belasco, seemingly in character until I realized he was not: "What are you doing up there? Whatever candy you have, would you unwrap it now?!"
I have to say, I'm sure the audience members around the unsophisticated culprit were relieved and thankful. I was doing SRO at the show on this particular day and myself and the lady next to me became pissed off and turned around to see who was speaking far above whisper level behind our shoulders. It was the ushers. Who would we go to to complain about them?

And the ushers DID tell people to turn them off.
I thought the performances were really impressive, but it's a hard style of writing to get through -- they do, indeed, pull it off.
For the matinee I was across the street at Superior Donuts....you could hear the freakishly lound cheering for when each of them came out at stage door. Upon leaving Steady Rain (8pm) I was expecting throngs of folks at the stage door (NONE of whom had seen the 8pm show -- I was sitting on the aisle along the exit doors so among some of the first out) but I was NOT prepared for the huge amounts of POLICE....I must have passed 8 or 10 officers before I got to the corner at 8th.

I haven't seen the show, and was being sarcastic in my first post, but that's interesting and good to know.

No, it's not. It didn't happen until later than night when we were getting ready for bed.

Is THAT what that was? I couldn't for the life of me figure out what it was. At first I thought it was part of the show, but then it just kept going. And going.
