I went a few minutes after 10 today and there were two groups ahead of me so must not have been much of a line. They said rush seats were off to the side and obstructed view but they aren't sure how obstructed since it's the first show. They also had a "flash sale" for $69 for the second row and I think every one there opted for that instead.
Got there at about 10:30 this morning. No line. Lovely man at the box offered the $69 but opted for the $47 rush. In the first row of the orchestra far to the left. Not picky about seats though especially since I saw this Off-Broadway.

Thanks, kdotfo and InTheBathroom1!
The ASL Instagram account reposted someone’s story who also opted for rush. Looks like they got Orch seats 2-4. Tickets are in fact stamped obstructed view.
Please post your experiences with sight lines! And whether window cards are on sale.
My friend won the lottery for last night's performance. $43, we were first row center. The stage is quite high and I am 5'1" so I had a hard time seeing some stuff that happened upstage. But overall it was a great view, and John-Michael Lyles in particular made a lot of eye contact with the first row.

Just went to the box office at 2pm today (Mon the 18th) and got two rush seats for $47 each - ORCH left seats 13 and 15.
We also heard the cast rehearsing from the lobby, and the intimacy director came out to talk the box office and had a few minutes to talk to us. Box office guy said there was only about 20-30 tickets left for tonight in total.
Rushed this show today (Wednesday April 20th) and got on the line around 8:40am and was third on the line. The First person said they got there 8:20am. By 10 am there were about 10 people. Got Orchestra A2 for the matinee which was stamped as obstructed but didnt really miss much. However the stage is very high up.
I just rushed today (Mon 25 Apr). Got there 8:30am and was 2nd in line (person before me was 7:30am I believe). 3rd person got there maybe 8:50am, 4th person not too long after that. By 10am I'd guess there were about 10-15 in line?

Rushed today, too! Got there at 9:45am, was 8th in line. By 10am, there were 12 people in line. I got Orchestra Row F 13 & 15 - partial view, but barely missed anything.
Anyone have luck using TKTS booth for cheap decent tickets? Trying to go in a week and a half or so on a saturday 2pm show when visiting the city. Seems safer to try to get into the ticket pool a day before at TKTS and maybe it's still a good deal?
Worried about trying to race there saturday morning since I'm staying far south.
I won the lottery for this on 4/23 evening. Front row center, AA108. Marked partial view due to the insanely high stage. Needed a booster seat and my neck hurt but otherwise, great seat.

I got an $88 ticket last Thursday around 3:00 for a Thursday evening show from the TKTS booth - it was the centre aisle in row J on the left (because I specifically requested an aisle seat). They seemed to have a good amount of availability throughout the theatre. They offered me row K in the centre, but I chose row J on the aisle instead. The seat was perfect.
Got to the box office on Wednesday 4/20 around 10:50am and asked about rush tickets. They had rush tickets at $47 on extreme sides and I was also offered back of the balcony for $49. I went for the $47 orch side tickets and got D11 and 13, which were definitely side views (missed the L most thought when in their squares) but overall didn't miss much else.
Has anyone tried rushing on a Sunday or know what the policy is? On the website it says the box office is only open Mon - Sat so was wondering if rush is still an option for Sunday and the website just isn't updated?

There are no shows for A Strange Loop on Sunday, hence why there’s no rush.

That is incorrect. They are doing two shows tomorrow, 5/1, and then Sunday matinees. Box Office opens at noon I think and almost sure they are doing rush.
If anyone has TDF, seats for Sunday matinee were right in the center orchestra. Amazing show and amazing seats. Quite a few empty ones in front of me, probably because the show isn't for everyone even though everyone NEEDS to go and see it.
Any post-tony nomination reports? I was there Saturday and while Kyle Ramar Freeman was AMAZING, I want to see Jaquel Spivey before the Tony’s, so considering trying to rush this Saturday matinee. Would 2 hours be enough time? 1 hour?

I arrived for Sunday's matinee (with a 3:00 curtain and a box office open time of noon) at 9AM and I was literally 20 seconds behind a group of 4 who were the first ones in line. Hope this helps!!!

Thanks. It would also be good to know how the crowd grew over the 3 hours you were there, how many there were waiting at box office opening, your sense of how many people actually got tickets if you have a guess at that and where your seats were.

I didn't really pay attention to the line behind me. The first two people in line got Orch AA 111 & 110. The next two people got Orch A 1, 3, & 5 and I got Orch A 2 & 4. Beyond that I don't know because by then my back was killing me and we were starving so left to immediately go get lunch. Sorry I don't have more info for you. With their 11 Tony noms, it is only going to get more popular and busier so I would suggest getting there pretty early. Just my opinion, of course.
