Are you implying that I might have a reason to take it away?

Posted: 11/14/04 at 1:37amno joke. they were red suede and they looked like they would tear in half they were so tight. I laughed long when I saw them. where adam is blessed with the voice, some of the rest of us are blessed with fashion sense. ha. Updated On: 11/14/04 at 01:37 AM

Oh, I can't watch, but I have to. I do have a fascination with horrible clothing. Do you have a picture?
#109re: Adam!! :)
Posted: 11/14/04 at 1:40amI know I've seen pictures... I wish I knew where. Ah, fashion sense.

So you saw them in person?
If he wore those, it's not a wonder that he never got far with his band...

Posted: 11/14/04 at 2:00amit was so-so. there were a few catchy tunes, but a much harder sound than his solo stuff. the band, Mute, was more glam rock-ish. I think Adam was feeling his oats and then found his place. he's definitely more of a classic rocker than a punk rocker. Updated On: 11/14/04 at 02:00 AM

Hm... I'm a fan of louder stuff normally, but what he's doing now is good.
And nothing could ever have been great if he hadn't found his own style.

Posted: 11/14/04 at 2:10amLoud is good, unless it's just senseless screaming. Do you have any of this to share? It's not really bootlegging (and I can't get in trouble) if you're sending something that's not for sale anyway. Updated On: 11/14/04 at 02:10 AM

I was there! I saw him in Cabaret & Aida, & both times he didn't stage door, & I've loved this guy for at least 3 years, so.
I was right in front of the stage. Very uncomfortable for me because he was RIGHT there & that's so much beauty! But I handled it very well, considering I'm reaaally giddy all the time (plus, Joshua Kobak was within 6 feet of my seat, so I had to remain sedated, haha). I kept my calm, I think...except I did convulse when Glory started. If you were there, you might have seen my flail XD
I thought he sang Book of Endings? I remember being like "oh, that must be called Book of Endings" when he was singing it. Unless I was just so cracked out on Adam!love that I made it up. Which is highly possible.
I finally met him. Le sigh. He was so nice & just very gracious last night. It was amazing. His new stuff is just fantastic & he looks great & sounds great. The end!

lol!! He sang Book of Endings - that was the very last song he did, after Glory. And I applaud you for sitting THAT close. That would freak me out, even though his eyes are hardly ever open anyway.
All of these stage door stories are making me jealous. This is the first time in years that I didn't even make an attempt. I feel like I cheated myself, even though I defintely just met him Tuesday. God, I'm ridiculous.
yay for Adam love and yay for 11/27 now officially being less than two week away.

I only sat there because my friend's aunt had already gotten the table. I was like nooooo I might jump the stage. Where's security?
He HAD to wear pinstriped pants that reminded me of Roger.
