Adam Lambert on Broadway?

Who would he play in "White Noise"? I mean I assume that's the show they are talking about.

Plus. I totally didn't know that Adam could "sign" his face off.

Adam Lambert on Broadway?

Adam Lambert wouldn't attach himself to WHITE NOISE because that show is NOT coming to Broadway.
"The Spectacle has, indeed, an emotional attraction of its own, but, of all the parts, it is the least artistic, and connected least with the art of poetry. For the power of Tragedy, we may be sure, is felt even apart from representation and actors. Besides, the production of spectacular effects depends more on the art of the stage machinist than on that of the poet."

Adam Lambert on Broadway?

He sees Broadway shows all the time and would come to the opening of an envelope. This is only marginally more credible than the "Kelly Clarkson is the new Arachne" rumor after she saw Spider-Man.

Adam Lambert on Broadway?

Just the first thing that popped into my head with the same producers as "Sister Act" (Whoopi) and playing in Chicago.

That's ridiculous about the Kelly thing. She is such a Mary-Jane.

Adam Lambert on Broadway?

I realize that many American Idols end up on Broadway, but when it comes to the likes of Adam Lambert, Kelly Clarkson, Carrie Underwood, and Jennifer Hudson... well, they kind of still have successful careers. It's generally the Idol contestants in need of relevancy that end up on Broadway.

I was completely unaware of Adam Lambert's successful career. Did his album even hit gold?

Adam Lambert on Broadway?

Adam was in Wicked in LA so you never know...

JP2, you forgot Diana DeGarmo. She is doing way better in theatre then she ever did as a "pop" singer

Adam Lambert on Broadway?

If he ever did Bway, I would love to see him as a new Judas. I know he has that whole crazy riffing/mix/whateverthehellitis so he should stay to rock musicals. Now let's not forget, most of the Idols on/were on Broadway were replacements with the exception of Justin Guarini in WOTV.

Adam Lambert on Broadway?

His album went gold and outsold Kris Allen's by 400,000 copies (700,000-plus vs. around 330,000).

As badly as I feel about celeb casting, I would love Adam Lambert as Judas. Just tighten up the screws a bit; aim for less anime looks, more realistic; and whoever helped Harvey Fierstein tone down for Tevye, help Adam for this part. No "ho yay" between Jesus and Judas like the last revival.

Adam Lambert on Broadway?

I think it would be smazing if he played the lead, just saying.

But really, I think he should wait for Gravitation on Broadway.

Adam Lambert on Broadway?

The "ho yay" was the best part!

The "ho yay" was fucking LAME, and that's coming from a homo who normally appreciates added subtext.
