For what class? How did it become a topic for a paper?

Ask Cara. It was hers.

sorry I'm back I was reading the thread about the Wicked fanatics being mad about Ave Q bashing threads being deleted! It was all too amusing but alas I am here! Damn now I have to go read and catch up!

Oh. I do that, pop off to other sites and come back. bwayworld is the best at this time of night, though. Compulsivebowlers is sooo slow. No stay-up-laters there.

yeah that paper was for musical theatre but the one about the french name was actually for my Western Civ class where I used as many musical people names as I could! It was in France so for instance one character was Christian(as in Borle) Pascal(Adam!) so yeah but now that that's settled I think i must go to bed as well!! Night!!

Our darling buddy insomniak doesn't have instant messaging... we can't exclude her! And besides, there are lots of threads that get like this. If anyone doesn't want to read them, they don't have to.
As for Deborah... I'll have to wait and see. She's still not doing Wednesday matinees, right? I'm sure I'll go again, so I'll get to see her. I hate stunt-casting, but I'm going to try to go into this with an open mind and give her a chance.

Be careful guys- the moderators around here are known for deleting threads that exceed 10 pages that ARE NOT in reference to "Wicked"!!
Emcee-
I've seen all of the AIDA's and Deborah is indeed the best since Heather. What I really appreciate about Deborah is that she is dedicated to singing the score the way Elton & Tim originally composed it - the way Heather originally sang it. Go in with an open mind, understanding that you ARE NOT watching/listening to Heather, and i'm sure you'll enjoy the show.
Looking forward to your review.
Oh - and you're correct - she does not do Wed mat.

Well I'll surely be back more than once this summer, so I'm sure I'll get to see Deborah. I actually never saw Heather... I saw the show in it's first year, but only saw two thirds of the OBC... I saw Adam, Sherie and Heather's understudy... Thursday something, I believe. She was wonderful, though her voice was VERY different from Heather's. I saw Saycon about a year back, and really enjoyed her performance. I love the score to Aida, so if Deborah's really committed to singing it the way it's "supposed" to be sung... unlike some other *cough* bad *cough* stunt-cast Aidas, maybe I will enjoy her performance. I'm going to try to be open minded, I promise.
