This question might have been answered to pardon me if it has.
I have tickets to see The Curious Incident on TONY Sunday and was informed that Taylor will be performing that day. Has anyone seen it with Taylor and who do you prefer?
From everything everyone has said, he is every bit as good as Alex. Some believe better. I haven't seen both, so have no opinion.
The word is: there is no way you will be disappointed.
I saw Alex and am dying to see Taylor. Loved him in "bare". Taylor has a slight quirkiness in his acting that I think will fit well with this character.
Friends of mine who saw the show recently with Taylor loved him!
I caught Taylor at a Saturday matinee a few months ago and found him breathtaking. I can't even imagine how good Alex Sharp must be.

Have not seen Taylor, but the entire show (and many will agree) is worth it regardless of who you see. The supporting cast is brilliant, and I highly doubt Taylor is bad in the role.

Taylor is brilliant. I prefer his performance to Alex's.
Sad that the show seemingly tries to hide that there is an alternate or when he goes on, and many are disappointed to see him when expecting Alex, even though he is giving a knock out performance as well.

Does anyone know if there's an alternate in London? I'll confess I made sure to see it on a day Alex performs because I wanted to see him. Had he not been on, I would've been disappointed. I would like to see Taylor in the role, though I think I'd have a hard time being open minded since I loved Alex's performance. Maybe Taylor will take over full-time after Alex's contract is up!
I saw Taylor and he was absolutely incredible. I'd like to return to see Alex Sharp but you won't be disappointed by Taylor.

I've seen both twice. Prefer Taylor a bit.
I saw Taylor and he was absolutely incredible. You cannot lose on either of these fine performers.
I've seen both Taylor and Alex. I prefer Taylor.

Alex is brilliant. I hope to see his performance again. Honestly, I have not seen a Broadway performance, much less a debut, this good in a very long time.
The production is superb in every respect. I am sure Taylor is an excellent Christopher or he would not have been cast. And I don't believe any effort has been made to hide the fact that he does two performances a week. Alex and Taylor are listed side by side on the theater's poster for the show. The fact has been stated clearly in all of the coverage I have seen.

I've seen both. I think I may prefer Taylor by just a little bit. But they are both astonishingly good.

I've seen both and prefer Alex (only because I saw him first lol) but Taylor is absolutely incredible. He really is giving one hell of a performance and I wish he were acknowledged by the Tony's too!
Saw Taylor last night and was blown away by his performance. Now I want to see Alex so I can compare the performances. And I want to read the book!
I saw Taylor and thought he wa great. Then I went back and saw Alex. Sorry, but Alex just said his first line and he had me. I went back a third time. He's really tremendous.

I am sure they are both amazing, but I would like to see Alex Sharp. Does anyone know when Alex's contract is up? And does anyone know which performances during the week Alex does not perform? Thanks in advance!
I saw Taylor first and slightly prefer him. Not by much though, both were superb. I do wish that both were recognized in some way during awards season, but I'm not sure how that would have been possible.

"Sad that the show seemingly tries to hide that there is an alternate."
Their Website clearly states that Taylor is on at certain performances, it's in the program and posted in the lobby. How is the show trying to hide it? Evidently those posting on this thread are aware of it so they aren't "hiding it" very well.
I've never seen a show as clear and truthful about who is playing which performance. I don't understand the comment. Anyone purchasing a ticket knows which actor will be on.
