There was in fact a woman with her while she was in the back of the house the night I was there - can't say whether or not it was her assistant.

omg. i'm seeing the show Tuesday night. After resigning myself to missing her, my hopes are officially raised to level orange.

People have posted the question on the Pippin FB wall and it hasn't been answered. I don't think they want to say, fearing it will hurt advance sales.

I can't believe ya'll let this spiral out of control! No one really demanded proof...they just took the OP's word on an unannounced vacation. That's the real concern here!

To be very clear - if you are referring to my post - what I actually posted is that I asked the usher and the usher said she'd be out for a "couple weeks".

I'm going tonight, so I guess I'll have to just wait to see if there's a "Surprise! It's Tovah Feldshuh!" moment.
When I see the phrase "the ____ estate", I imagine a vast mansion in the country full of monocled men and high-collared women receiving letters about productions across the country and doing spit-takes at whatever they contain.
