The Cher Show had $100 posters and signed playbills $40. Stephanie J Block also tweeted that you could contact them and they would sell the posters and playbills via mail.

I’m done supporting this charity and it kills me to say so as I’ve supported them for years. I spent $800 on signed posters this round and each and every one had some type of minor damage with one being really damaged. While the main office was initially supportive, I got flack yesterday from the volunteer at the Cher show for removing the poster from its sleeve to ensure it was in decent condition, which it wasn’t. I was instructed by the main office that doing this would not be a problem. When I did this, I was rudely told I’d need to pay for it before removing it. I walked out with the $200 I intended on spending there. If you are charging $100 plus for a poster, you’d better damn well ensure BCEFA that it doesn’t look like crap. I’ll find other worthwhile charities that don’t treat people like garbage.

Wow i can't believe the CHER volunteer would do that. I've never bought signed posters during the BCEFA drive but I thought they'd let you inspect it first before leaving the theater? I guess not.
Anyways, what I prefer to do is put $20 bill in the bucket and ask to get a selfie with the performer while he/she is in character costume! I did this at Phantom, Avenue Q (with one of the puppets!), CHICAGO, and other shows I plan to see within the next month. All of them have always said yes so I guess it's ok.

I bought a poster at Cher on Friday night. The volunteer actually checked out the condition of the poster even though I didn't ask. She traded the first one we had out because it was smudged.
I think the problem you had was with that particular volunteer and not BCEFA policy.

Kiss Me Kate did not have signed posters this past weekend. I went by as the show was over to try and get one.
Oklahoma & Hadestown are still in previews so most likely will not participate.
The Prom had $100 posters

You were very lucky then. I reached out to their office via email relaying the issue I had and received no response to my experience with this particular volunteer. As stated, I won't be supporting the cause unless I am able to remove the poster from its sleeve to check for smudged signatures and damage to the poster. And I won't tolerate being treated rudely by volunteers.

Sorry that you were treated that way. Hopefully they will respond at some point.

Did Kiss Me Kate ever start doing collections for Easter Bonnet? And is Yiddish Fiddler still offering posters/playbills?

Can someone tell me what this tweet says? Inexplicably, I was blocked by SJB and unable to see this. For the record, I don't know why I was blocked, I rarely tweet.

As of 4/9 they had ensemble members out with the red buckets but did not announce any merch or signed items for sale in the speech at the end of the show. They did say they had someone matching donations.
