Greetings fellow collectors!!
So glad broadway flea is happening this year!
I usually start this post every year as I find broadway flea a great time to visit NYC and catch a few shows at the same time.
I was not able to attend last year due to the pandemic but am really looking forward to attending this year.Wondering if last year the items were impressive and plentiful as in previous years.
Having seen ITW twice in June (once for the actors fund performance at a very reasonable 75 bucks!!)I can easily this is one of my all time favorite shows with a stellar cast that blew me away!
.Looking forward to seeing Leopoldstadt ,The Music Man, Death Of A Salesman, and Funny Girl next weekend. Hopefully Lea will be back in the show by that time.Would love to know if any of you saw the Leopoldstadt show yet.
Would love to know who is attending this year and what great finds you are hoping to purchase.
I am happy to hear your wish lists as in previous years as I would be happy to look out for any items for all of you!
Quite surprised MJ has no table as I would have loved to pick up signed items from that show.
Happy to meet up with some of you fellow collectors to put a face to your names on this site.
If any insiders know what items will be at the tables of some of the newer shows plase let me know.
Always willing to trade doubles in my collection for some of yours!
Feel free to PM me with your lists and whether you are attending or not.
Would be my pleasure to help out my fellow collectors!
Cheers!

I plan on attending, and am mostly looking for autographed windowcards from interesting shows. Definitely planning to visit the Hadestown, SIX, A Strange Loop, and ITW tables.
Sad to see Roundabout doesn’t have a table this year as I’m really looking for a windowcard (or anything) from Caroline or Change, but maybe they’ll have something at the Curtain Call table.
I'm so glad to be doing my 5th year anniversary of the flea! Here's my ongoing list, I'll probably add stuff day of but....:
- Great Comet of 1812 Window Card (I love this show and generally look for most items from it)
- Dear Evan Hansen props/curtain call items. ESPECIALLY the Ben Platt or Ben Levi Ross changing room nameplate (I've seen these before for other shows)
- Company (2022) item from curtain call (something small, like one of the fake candles)
- Spring Awakening Original Broadway Cast (OBC)
- Falsettos with Betsy Wolfe
- Dear Evan Hansen fan day/Arena Stage
- Heathers & Newsies playbills (these are more childhood dreams of mine than anything)
- Mainly stuff from Dear Evan Hansen's closing, though I always tend to find other stuff I didn't think of beforehand!
Do you think they'll be doing photo ops/autographs this year? I remember those existing when I first started going but I think they removed them at some point, would they ever come back? Photo ops were so cute

I would, cash is the easiest because you can pay directly at each table. When I last went in 2019, if you wanted to pay with a card, you had to get a ticket from the table, go to a dedicated credit card table, and bring your paid receipt back to the original table to pick up your item.

I’m going again this year and can’t wait! I’ll mostly be looking for items from Company, POTUS and Diana. I usually keep an eye out for little props (last time I got a few paper props from Les Mis and Something Rotten), Tony voter materials, and cast board nameplates.

Thanks for the useful info. Guess I will get some cash before going.
I do hope some of the tables get some of those CC terminals, like the Square tablet this year : )

I wonder if we'll be getting inflation prices. There was a year that was ridiculous, but I think there was just low inventory... and so many book tables.
Looking for T-shirts, open to randomness. I'm curious what Some Like It Hot, A Strange Loop, NYTW, and Second Stage will have but I'll mainly be looking for booths with shirts and closed show merch.

I find it strange that some like it hot has a table as it is not even yet in previews whereas MJ that won the tony that can rake in the big bucks has no table...
BTW ny insiders know what ASL and ITW may have at their tables and prices...

Anyone have dream items you've been searching for? Just curious ![]()
I’m not gonna be there this year, but might recruit a friend to see what they can find from DIANA… in the brief time I worked in the city, it’s the one Broadway show I had a chance to work on for a hot second leading up to its first preview. Didn’t have the chance to see it on stage, except on Netflix, so would love something to remember it. A few city friends sent me Playbills, though. 😊

I was able to snag a tote from Diana-would you be interested? :)
friend is hitting the Phantom booth for me, hope to score something good, given this will be the last time they have a table.
@hearthemsing22 I just sent a DM! Thank you!

Hi everyone, I'm new to collecting and this will be my first flea! My younger sister and I had planned on going together this year but she very suddenly passed away last month. I still want to go for her and our favorite show together has been Rent since we were kids. I was wondering what the chances are of finding anything Rent related? I know it's been a while since it was on Broadway but even an old Playbill would be nice. Any specific places I should look? Any tips are helpful also! :)

NYTW has posted that they have a single digit number of original Rent playbills for sale tomorrow. I'm sure they will go fast so if you want one I would check there first. Sorry for your loss.

Hello all!
First post and longtime reader. I can't make it today, though I really wanted to. It sounds like such a terrific event every year and I never seem to be in NY for it. Sigh.
If anyone happens across them and thinks of me (obligatory POTO reference there, LOL) I'd love an original Bway Carrie Playbill or window card, provided they aren't bonkers expensive.
I also was hoping to find the souvenir books/magazines (not sure what to call them, but the typical 20 dollar souvenir thing they sell at shows with all the press photos in them, you know the ones) of
Betty Buckley in Sunset Boulevard
Patti LuPone in Gypsy
Bernadette and Jan Maxwell in Follies 2012
Sutton in Thoroughly Modern Millie
I saw them all about 10 years ago in a Bway shop but didnt buy them and regretted it. Don't know if those pop up often these days. I'm not one for totes bags or mugs LOL which seem to be Flea Market staples.
Hannah I think its terrific you're going out today. Do have some fun and keep well!
Stay dry everyone and thanks for reading :)

If I can make it at all today, it won’t be until late.
Could anyone pleaseeeeee DM me if they happen to come across anything (besides Playbills) from The Band’s Visit or Jagged Little Pill?
I’m in the lookout for a cast signed Company poster if anyone comes across one! My email is sweeneytodd4114@gmail.com!

I have seen lots of jagged little pill stuff around. Also seen some bands visit stuff (cup, poster, program).
