Dear Evan Hansen last night:
The cast signed "Connor" cast went for over 3k! They ended up splitting it: 3 casts for the top 3 bidders at 1k each
playbills $75/posters $200 as previously discussed
Sunday in the Park with George:
Posters and playbills $100 each (a bargain! - altho my poster is missing Mattea's signature; I'll be seeing it again and hopefully she'll stage door)
The 6 or so sketches drawn during the show (also signed) by Jake were being offered for 1k each
Amelie: Just saw the retweet from Alison that they were signing posters and playbills!

Does anybody know what Groundhog Day's prices are?

Shows in previews usually don't participate, although they certainly can if they choose to... didn't see any reference to them participating though.

I just came from today's matinee of Sunday in the Park. They sold the posters for $200 and the sketches for $750. They didn't offer playbills.
I saw the Wicked tour in Syracuse and they were selling reusable tote bags for $20, a Wicked Good Cook apron for $40, signed poster for $100 or all three for a $150 as part of a Wicked Good package. They also had a $75 dollar per person backstage tour led by Isabel Keating (Madame Morrible) and Harry Bouvy (Doctor Dillamond).
Also, I attended the King and I on tour in Philly and they were selling signed posters for $50.
Does anyone know when they stop collecting?
Collections are six weeks long, although some stop a little early if they run out of BCEFA-unique merch.
will be seeing a bunch of shows this coming week... are collections still happening? if so, where?
This coming week is the final week as the Easter Bonnet Competition is happening next Monday and Tuesday. All shows generally participate if not in previews.
Last night at Sunset Blvd, Glenn Close (with the help of her adorable dog!) auctioned off a fabulous backstage fan experience for two: pre-show Oreos with her, spraying her costar Michael Xavier with water for Act 2 and watching the show from the wings! It went for 3k.
They also had limited Glenn signed copies of the SB programs from the original and new production for $250 as a bundle package.
Playbills: $60
posters: $200
Norma headshots: $100

Sara B has been signing aprons on stage at Waitress that were used during the show and auctioning them off at the end of the show. The results have been in the thousands at each performance. ??

Last weekend at Amelie they were selling signed playbills for $60; and signed posters for $120.
Dear Evan Hansen is doing some great business for BCEFA. Last night they auctioned the signed cast Ben wears from the show for $5000...wow...The other night at Sunday in the Park, they were selling the drawings Jake draws in the show for i wanna say $750? I might be wrong, but the one of Annaleigh was $1000. Annaleighs speech was SO FUNNY!!!
At Sunset Blvd this afternoon - they auctioned off Glenn Close's eyelashes from the performance. The competition went so intense that she said she had eyelashes from previous perfromances as well and if those bidding were interested in them, they could go for them and come backstage and take a pic with her.
If I got it right - 4 different people did for $1,000 each. Crowd - and cast - went nuts...

I think musical winner will be either Sunset Boulevard or Dear Evan Hansen...with Sunday in the Park not too behind.
I was at Hello Dolly! last night and they did not do anything. Seeing a bunch of shows this week so hoping to get some stuff. Anyone know what the following shows are giving out:
The Play That Goes Wrong
Bandstand
Charlie
Anastasia
Miss Saigon
War Paint

Sara tweeted this morning that Waitress raised over $20K last night (Saturday) for BCEFA!
I know they are auctioning off the aprons but does anyone know if they are selling signed posters or playbills with the new cast yet?
Saw Bandstand and Charlie this week... neither are participating. Still in previews
