Out of curiosity PThespian, were the Sunset posters of Glenn or the new one with the credits? This is like the one thing I want to splurge on, heading to the show again next week.

Thanks for these reports! Does anyone have information on Great Comet and Significant Other, and their prices?
According to the BCEFA website, Great Comet is participating and Significant Other is set to participate in the coming weeks.
Great Comet:
cast signed posters $200
cast signed playbills $100
love letter (assuming it's the one Anatole gives to Natasha) $20
raffle for a chance to follow a cast member around backstage $20
I got the Avenue Q t-shirt with the show logo at the top on the back and says "Donald Trump Is Only For Now" on the front. 20 bucks.

Don't know. I saw someone on the subway with one in Broadway Cares bag last night.

Does anyone know if the Hedwig tour will be participating?

Is the something rotten tour selling anything
The (amazing) Hedwig tour had signed posters for $60 and autographed sunglasses for $100. At one of the two shows, Yitzhak said she was selling signed butterflies from her finale dress.

Is The King & I tour selling anything or Waitress?
Also, is there a way to get the BCEFA merchandise without attending the show? Would they let you in at the end of the show to donate?
Someone replied on a recent Waitress stage door thread that they have Playbils for $40 and posters for $100. I may be misremembering those prices, though.

Definitely Just show up right as the show ends and say you are there to donate to BCEFA. I did this for THE RIVER, BETRAYAL and CAT ON A HOT TIN ROOF (2013 revival). The theater staff was extremely accomodating.
Planning on stopping by SUNSET after the Wednesday matinee this week actually!
I had a Chicago trip over the weekend. At Hamilton, they offered cast signed posters for $100, and at Hedwig they offered the glasses, butterflies, posters ($40 by the evening of the 18th), and auctioned Euan's personal one of a kind show jacket that had been customly bedazzled (it sold for $550). I splurged on a poster at Hedwig, but I just couldn't bring myself to drop $100 on one from Hamilton.

Sounds like a bargain. When I was buying my poster for either Comet or DEH, the BC/EFA guy told me Hamilton posters on Broadway were going for either $600 or $650?!
Definitely not that high.

When you consider what I had already spent on the trip to see the show, the $100 more was just out of my price range. However, I was happy to donate $40 to Hedwig for a signe poster. It's an awesome new design with Euan!
No, I mean there's no way the Hamilton posters are going for THAT much.
Oh! Sorry, I misunderstood. I thought you were saying the $100 Chicago price wasn't that high in comparison.
Guess what...
