How would I get it the soonest? Ordering from amazon or buying at the theatre?

Probably at the theater. I'm guessing it will be around $25 there and will be available right about the time sh-k-boom starts to send theirs out.

Jordan's right- Sh-K-Boom almost always sends out shipments early if you pre-order directly with them (and they're usually cheaper). Since there's a release date, I imagine they'll start taking orders themselves soon.

It should be noted that the official website lists the release date for the recording as June 26.

Jordon, how do you know the cd will be available in May from Sh-K-Boom? The website doesn't list a release date yet. (I'm seeing the musical last june and would love to hear the cd first...ordering june 7th online is cutting it close)

Because Sh-K-Boom almost consistently ships out their CDs at least 2 weeks earlier than their release date.
