Hi guys,
It's BCEFA time again. I'm wondering what shows have started participating and who's selling what.
I know I saw people leaving EVITA and ROCK OF AGES with stuff the other day (some shows started last weekend but most are starting this week or next week).
I'm volunteering and have been assigned to Jersey Boys, Once, Starcatcher and Mamma Mia this week, but I don't know which other shows are participating.
I just got out of BRING IT ON and they were selling signed windowcards for $50 along with photos with the cast members for $10 each.

Lizzie, do you know what they are selling at Once?
Also, sorry if this question is dumb, but do shows in previews (Ex: The Heiress) participate in BC/EFA Collections?
Thanks!
Generally shows that are in previews do not participate, but they may once they open.

Does anyone know how long the collection season is? Will they still be doing it around mid November?
Sorry, I don't know what they're selling at Once. When I volunteered earlier this year, I think it was only signed posters, but I could be wrong. (I was doing buckets only.)

No special auctions at the Wilma's Perestroika - just the standard buckets - but I have no idea if that's a thing in Philadelphia as well as New York.

I was stationed Once earlier this week. In the lobby we just had signed posters and Carols for a Cure CDs, but I think there were more items at the bar. I heard people talking about guitar strings?

Jordan Catalano: were the BRING IT ON posters the touring poster (which were at the flea market and really incomplete and maybe had 15 signatures) or the current Broadway cast poster at the St. James? Was it fully signed (there are 35 in the cast)? Thanks!
Book Of Mormon last Friday night in LA.
1500 for a cast meet and greet which had other goodies with it
100 for a signed company poster
20 for a bag

Evita tonight started to auction. It was for a backstage visit with Ricky Martin, a picture with him, and a signed handkerchief used in the show. Tonight went for $2500 to 2 people.
Until when does this usually last? Is it only through the holidays?
It lasts until Gypsy of the Year, which is in early December.

To the poster who asked about the Bring It On posters - the tour posters were being sold for twenty while the Broadway posters were being sold for fifty. I didn't really look at them signature wise, but I think they may be the same posters from the Flea Market, but don't quote me on that.
I donated ten and took a photo with Taylor Louderman and Nikki Bohne (who was on for Kate Rockwell).
The "Mary Poppins" tour:
- Poster signed by the company
- "Spoonful Of Sugar" hand-made ornaments
- Cast-designed cookbook/coloring book
- $500 for a backstage tour, and you get one of each item above, plus an umbrella signed by the company.
You could also get your picture taken with Bert and Mary in the lobby for $10.
Side note: Those Banks children are very 'enthusiastic' when it comes to yelling out what items are available, and asking for donations!! hehe
The BoM tour is also selling aprons for $20 each.

Trading Cards: $20
Baseball Cap: $20 (I think, I forget if this is the exact price...)

Kara and Corey kind of looked at each other after bows and were like, are we doing it? But obviously they are back to collecting!
After seeing so many shows thanks to Sandy deals and no one collecting for BC/EFA , it was nice to see them collecting again especially since they donated to Hurricane relief.

Is Nice Work doing anything?
The Les Miserables 25th anniversary tour is currently offering the following:
Red "Dream the Dream" wristband, $5
"Drink with Me" shotglass, $10
Playbill signed by the entire cast, $20
Tour poster signed by the entire cast, $100
Tricolor sash signed by the entire cast, $250
There might have been one more item, but I can't remember. I wanted to donate, but by the time I got done buying regular merchandise, the cast had left the lobby to prepare for the evening performance.
