I was there tonight as well! The show was great and I love Rob! He's soo funny! and sweet. At the end the one Root like HUGED ME! It creeped me out! but I can say I was one of the last to be eaten by the plant! :) I'm glad I decided to go tonight even thought I really miss the OBC it was a wonderful experience that I wont soon forget!
The song they sang at the end way "Happy Trails to you" which they sung at the OBC's last shows Rob said that and I know it because I was at Kerry's last show as well!
It was a lil bumbed that Kerry or Douglass wheren't there but it was cool that Hunter was!

"Musetta I hope to God you didn't see Megan Lawrence then."
No, I didn't. I never saw Les Miz on Broadway.

Posted: 8/23/04 at 8:13amI thought Robert E. wasn't bad especially since this was only his second time out in a comedic role. He interpreted the role his way. How can anyone replace Douglas Sills? He's one in a million!!!

"What do you mean the root hugged you? You were allowed to go onstage?"
No, no Although I have been on/back stage before I didn't go on last night but I was sitting in the front row center section but on the stage left side and at the end the root came up to me and put its 'arms' around me...

I saw LSOH for the 1st time yesterday and I truly enjoyed it. It's a shame that it's ending. I've seen the movie as well and the live performance is so so much better.
I have to admit I really enjoyed Joey's peformance. He played the roll very well. I would have loved to have seen it at least 1 more time.

Posted: 8/23/04 at 4:56pmSnow was ten times better than Kerry Butler, and personally, right up there with Greene. I thought she made the role her own and was incredible.

Posted: 8/23/04 at 7:52pmI love Kerry Butler... I honestly didn't think that Snow was better.. but that is just my opinion.. Kerry was very in-depth with the part of Audrey. She knew her inside and out
