Best Songs of the Decade

I saw a few posts about the best production and best performance of the decade but I thought it would be neat to see what everyone thinks the best songs of the decade are. It looks like a few people beat me to it but I found some other people doing this on Twitter:

I think Alexander Hamilton probably tops it for me. What do you think?

None of the songs in Once On This Island belong here because they weren't written this decade. The original Broadway production of OOTI premiered in 1990.

I would not chose it as the best, but I have to mention:

"Michael in the Bathroom" from Be More Chill.

It wasn't alone, that show had a couple of great songs. But can any other soundtrack claim to be the whole reason the show made it to Broadway? Probably not.

Many of mine have already been mentioned and I was glad to see Go Back Home and It All Fades Away appear. . And it's interesting that three songs from DEH have been mentioned so far, and while I agree that they're all great songs, the one from the show I'd probably put on my list would be So Big, So Small, just for its sheer emotional power. (And the show's anthem, You Will Be Found, is not even on anyone's list as yet unless I missed it.)
