Top 3 for me were Jellicle Ball, Sunset, and Dead Outlaw. Ragtime right up there too. Other highlights were Illinoise, Maybe Happy Ending and Suffs.
The massive caveats are that I haven't seen Oh, Mary or Carmelita Tropicana yet and I could easily see those being some of my favorites.
I'm with Isherwood that I would've been quite surprised to learn in January that Andrew Lloyd Webber would top my list, much less occupy two of my top three.

Seems premature for Best of 2024 lists with four major Broadway openings still to come this month.
Begin at the beginning and go on till you come to the end: then stop.

Agree on many of these (Outsiders rumble, Gimme Shelter in Hills of California) but would add the set changes in Mary Jane and Our Town.
