Posted: 10/27/05 at 4:12pmOK here are some picture that my friend took today if I can work out how to put them on the internet. Do you think the boys mind us putting pictures of them on the internet? I guess they have to get used to it. OK I have no idea how to put photos on here, can someone help me. What do you do with the Optional Image?

Ok so we know that there will be a new billy played by someone called Travis.
He is replacing George.
We kow there will be a new Debbie played by someone called Leigh.
She is replacing Lucy Stephenson(sp?)
We do not know however if there will be a new Micheal. If one were to leave, surly it would be Brad because he performs with George. Does anyone have any info about a new Micheal?

Posted: 10/27/05 at 7:19pmIt was a recording from the auditions for the first Billys - I have some of the songs from the musical - thanks to the BBC (not the whole songs - parts of them) - the recording you refer to is a different voice.

I really don't think there will be a tour of Billy within the UK for a couple of years, at least. It took years for Phantom to tour and even then only did a few venues.
If and when Billy tours, I imagine it will only be at these certain venues, such as Manchester Opera House, etc, who have a big enough stage and high enough Proscenium arch (the frame around the stage) to allow for the flying sequence.
It's a shame, but don't hold your breath for a national tour like shows like Blood Brothers, Miss Saigon or Starlight Express. Think Phantom or Les Mis or Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.

Posted: 10/28/05 at 8:18amLiam appears to be in need of a rest and a break from performing for the reasons already given. I think it is unwise to hypothesise about him being 'ill' as this adds to the pressure and begs the question 'with what?'.All I hope for Liam is that he is being given all the professional and personal support that he needs at present and that we will all be able to welcome him back as Billy ere long.I think it is also important that Liam is aware of the great fund of support and goodwill there is for him on this board and from all those people who (like me) have been lucky to see and be inspired by one of his magical performances.

Wow. All these devout fans. I wish I could see Billy Elliot again, but for a 15 year old with no job it ain't going to happen. Still, I've got some good memories that will tide me over till I die. Probably when Liam Maguire is a household legend and spends his days living on the moon, I'll bore my grandchildren to tears with stories of how I saw him in the flesh.
That picture of him dancing on the beach sends shivers down my spine.

Posted: 10/28/05 at 9:43amYou know nothing about me MF and, unlike you, I am not caught up with any particular star of the show. Keep up the mindless insults though, I'm sure they keep you amused and prevent your condition deteriorating further.

Hey everyone. I haven't posted in this thread in a while, but have read a few pages every now and then...
...and I see we have a rude, malicious, and downright mean poster here.
MusicalsFan.
Jesus christ (sorry), MF, do you think that Liam is the hottest thing to hit this earth? Well, guess what? Nobody is perfect. If James were to read your posts, I think he'd be very hurt. You see...
..actors and actresses are very sensitive. (At least most of them are) They get their feelings hurt very easily. Hell, they don't even read reviews because they think it'll hurt them.
My advice to you is stay away from the thread until you shape up and become a real person.

Well this evening is the night that James is taking to the stage again at the Victoria Palace theatre playing Billy... Just have fun, you've got nothing to worry about
Liam, I hope you are back in London soon, performing in this production show that makes you shine - all the very best.
