Anyone know if there's a way to get tickets online? I hate having to call.
I'm not sure, Stella.

I would love to go. Oh well, another time.
Hmm well the number is for TicketCentral, but the event isn't listed on their website.
Where did you get the info for the other event?
Never mind, that was actually from 2005 as Ashley pointed out below.

That article (EDIT: that was posted about but is now deleted) is from 2005.
Oops, my bad! I'll delete. So sorry *Blushing*
This one is dated December 6, 2007.

And it's at the top of the page in the announcements too.

Right- we were talking about an article from a different event. Popular already deleted it.
Yeah, sorry for the confusion. I thought there was another event on the 12th but there isn't... it was an article from 2005. Thanks for catching that Ashley.
The one on the 17th (that is actually happening) sounds great!
Damn! I just told my friend that I would go see Anthony Rapp at Ars Nova that night (which is a good thing, but I want to go to this :oP).
Oh, ok. :) Hmmm... I might have to look into this...
Sounds like it is going to be a great night!

I couldn't find the tickets online so I just called. The lady I talked to didn't know much about it but ended up getting me a ticket, haha, it just took a little while.
Yeah, I ended up calling. As far as I know the only differences in tickets are seat locations and nothing with like "special pre-concert cocktail reception" or anything like that that they sometimes have at fundraisers

No, there is going to be a pre-show reception where the whole cast will be mingling with the VIP ticket holders, aka the $100 seats. I think Jesse said it was going to be at this place right across the street. But there is definitely going to be a pre-show event. Im sure information will be released soon.
Oh cool. Ticket Central didn't know anything about it (other then it was in their system) when I called yesterday, so I'm not that surprised that that info got left out. I'm really glad I got the $100 tickets now!
I was able to go by and buy a ticket for $15, no mention of toys or anything... And my seat is definitely more of the $100 kind, not the rear mezz $15 kind.
No idea what's going on with this event.

All of the info is now up on ticket central. There were only a few $100 tix, because of the small reception space, and limited $40 seats. The rest are $15 with the toy.

FYI - Everyone with a $15 MUST come with an unwrapped toy according to the woman I just spoke with at the box office.

So, who went? Details, please!
Stephanie J. Block and Gaelen Gilliland/Becky Gulsvig were the two highlight numbers for me- I seriously got chills listening to them both.
Sorry, that's all I got right now...someone who is better at this than I will hopefully be along shortly to do a full writeup of who all performed what. :)

All I have to say is that it was a GREAT beenfit. The Broadway Boys are fantastic! And highlights for me were the cast of Mamma Mia, Antonique Smith (who performed an incredible rendition of "O Holy Night"), Lisa Brescia, and then I was pleasantly surprised by Becky and Gaelen from Legally Blonde. Really though, there wasn't a dull moment and everyone who was there was fantastic.
