Or am I missing something? I can't help imagining a stage filled with hundreds of hairy large gay men doing the can-can.

Posted: 2/4/06 at 11:25pmI went a few years ago. It was @ B.B. King's, too, and it was pretty cool from what I remember. A lot of Bway stars showing off the bears of their characters or former characters, like Anthony Rapp holding up the "Mark" bear during the bidding for it. There might have been a few performances, too, but I don't really recall. Hope that helps.

Posted: 2/5/06 at 10:56amDammit. There's about 7 or 8 of them I want. The Carrie, Audrey II, and Margaret Johnson bears are on the top of my list. Too bad I can't afford even the minimum pre-bid price of $500. Oh well. Maybe one day if I become disgustingly rich.
