I think the point being made (and I actually think it's a good point...) is that scalpers and re-sellers are purchasing a lot tickets, creating a "100% capacity" situation for certain shows, even if they were not able to re-sell those tickets, and no one showed up to sit in the seats. Therefore, if many seats for Frozen are available on StubHub at low prices, perhaps it is masking the demand for the show a bit, compared to what is currently showing on the grosses of high demand, a high average ticket price and SRO attendance. I still think the show is doing quite well, esp. if those re-sellers are making money for some tickets, while losing money on others... but it's definitely something to consider going forward.
