Everyone, go see OLD ACQUAINTANCE! It is absolutely delectable! I can't remember the last time I laughed so much at a straight play. Top notch acting all around. Hysterical, smart comedy. Do not miss it!

I think Company's closing notice did more for business than the Tony. Had they just won the Tony, people still would have taken their sweet time getting around to checking it out instead of rushing out to see it before it closes.

Legally Blonde is doing great.

All Shook Up, the ELVIS musical, took in $600,000 at its best week. Lestat.. well.. and AIDA, the Tony award winning DISNEY musical, had a $1mil gross just twice (Christmas 2000 and 2001).

Company can't close!!! It's just heating up!! I'd love to see over 70% for its final week. Maybe a complete sell-out for the final show on Sunday, too!!!

We have tickets to see Drowsy on July 12th... It surely won't close before then... This will be our 2nd time seeing it but wanted to see it again w/ the new cast..

Drowsy is slowing down but it is in a very big Theater. Has anyone heard about casting for the Tour yet? Hopefully some of the main Actors will join the tour. I know that is really wishful thinking.
Have fun though!

I can't wait for it to come to San Francisco so I can see it again! We might get a decent run since it's possible we could get it after it runs in LA. That would be great because I know it will do very well out here.

I hope more shows pick up now that Summer is here.

Does anyone know (or can estimate) the weekly running costs for Drowsy? Is there really any cause for concern with their recent grosses?
