Posted: 7/14/05 at 9:50pmHi, I was wondering what everyone thinks of her voice. Today I saw her perform " A Change in Me" in bryant park, and to be honest, I was not very impressed. I thought she sounded very nasal, and changed from head voice to weak soprano. I was just curious if maybe I saw her on a bad day and what everyone else thinks. Thanks!

Posted: 7/14/05 at 10:21pmI saw Beauty on Tuesday and underwhelmed barely begins to descrive how I felt about her performance. I felt as though I was watching Penny instead of Belle. Her voice was nasally and oftentimes flat. Her diction left a lot to be desire to. She seems like a nice girl though, that has to count for something right?

What is Broadway? A street? Some say it's a street. Some say it is the best street in the world. Others think its terrible. That's the beauty of it, it's terribly beautiful. Some hate it and don't know why. Others love it and don't know why. That's what makes it so wonderful, it's a mystery.

Posted: 7/20/05 at 9:48amI saw the Bryant Park performance and my favorite part was Beauty and the Beast. I agree with you Jay2. My husband and I thought Brooke was great when we saw at the theatre and equally as good at Bryant Park. We will also be there for her last performance on Sept. 18th.
