Hi, I was wondering what everyone thinks of her voice. Today I saw her perform " A Change in Me" in bryant park, and to be honest, I was not very impressed. I thought she sounded very nasal, and changed from head voice to weak soprano. I was just curious if maybe I saw her on a bad day and what everyone else thinks. Thanks!

After hearing so many fantastic things about her, I was... kinda underwhelmed today.

I agree. My mom loved her and thought of her as the perfect Belle, but I was underwhelmed.

I saw Beauty on Tuesday and underwhelmed barely begins to descrive how I felt about her performance. I felt as though I was watching Penny instead of Belle. Her voice was nasally and oftentimes flat. Her diction left a lot to be desire to. She seems like a nice girl though, that has to count for something right?

Thats great that she is supposed to be nice, I don't doubt that, but I was really disapointed.

I saw Beauty and the Beast in April and she was my least favorite part of the show.

What is Broadway? A street? Some say it's a street. Some say it is the best street in the world. Others think its terrible. That's the beauty of it, it's terribly beautiful. Some hate it and don't know why. Others love it and don't know why. That's what makes it so wonderful, it's a mystery.

Is this Ashley Brown from "On The Record"? I saw the show here in Dallas, and thought she would be an AMAZING Belle!

Didn't see the Bryant Park performance but I never miss an opportunity to express my unwavering love and devotion for Brooke. I love the way she sings. Shine on beautiful goddess!

I saw the Bryant Park performance and my favorite part was Beauty and the Beast. I agree with you Jay2. My husband and I thought Brooke was great when we saw at the theatre and equally as good at Bryant Park. We will also be there for her last performance on Sept. 18th.

I thought she was terrific in that role, and she was still just the understudy when I saw her
