If Cheryl Ann is now being played by someone from the ensemble (which is really how it should have been all along,) my guess is that Rachelle Rak will be singing "You've Gotta Pay For Love."
Tonya Pinkins: Then we had a "Lot's Wife" last June that was my personal favorite. I'm still trying to get them to let me sing it at some performance where we get to sing an excerpt that's gone.
Tony Kushner: You can sing it at my funeral.

To whoever asked, Brandon Wardell was Tveit's understudy in the out of town tryout, but since N2N is closing my guess is that either Kyle Dean will understudy or replace Tveit.

^ I don't think Tveit will want to leave and be replaced right away. This is a great opportunity for him.

I would love for Kyle Dean Massey to u/s Tveit in this. He wasn't announced in the complete casting though. Brandon Wardell was mentioned, however not specifically as Tveit's u/s.

Where would you get an idea like that? Kyle Dean Massey is not a part of the cast for Catch Me, and I highly doubt he will be. He is just beginning to move forward with his own career, and I doubt he wants to be known as "the guy who understudies and replaces Aaron Tveit."

Okay, I wasn't saying he would replace right away, I meant when Tveit is done with the show. Also, you got my point exactly, adamgreer. KDM has really been living that life, so I said it in a joking manner. All respect to KDM, but it just so happens to be that way.

Speaking of eliminating, was Wopat's song "50 Checks" cut? Hope not. Great song!

Wasn't that a good song? "You Gotta Pay For Love"?

I love Kerry Butler. She is extremely talented and beautiful. But isn't she um...a bit old for her role? I know she looks a lot younger than she actually is, but isn't this a bit of a stretch?

I think Kerry is a little too old also. She sounds great though, and "Fly Fly Away" will be great. I can't wait for this show to open, I REALLY can't wait for the cast recording!

I feel like I've been waiting for this for SO long and I'm not even a huge fan of the film. I AM a huge fan of the cast and creative team, however.
Can't wait.
Can't wait.
If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it?

Ugh I loved "You Gotta Pay For Love"! I hope they didn't cut "Fifty Checks" as well.
Either way, I'm beyond ecstatic for this.

Is the artwork that is on the website the new official artwork for the show?

I loved "Gotta Pay for Love", too. I was very disappointed to hear it was cut.

Horrible logo.
And I hope a lot of work has been down on the design and the music for this show. I didn't see it in Seattle, but those two aspects left a lot to be desired. I hate the Cd sampler.

Really? Is the Cd sampler the 18 track demo? Because I really enjoy that!
