I did a search, but God knows we know how well the search function works on here:
My friend sent me a link to the Press Reel for Sesame Street this season and I noticed Curtis Holbrook and Kenita R Miller at 3:20. There are other people behind them but I can't make out if they are other cast members from Xanadu. The new season starts 2008.08.11
I love America. Just because I think gay dudes should be allowed to adopt kids and we should all have hybrid cars doesn't mean I don't love America.

- Liz Lemon (Tina Fey) on 30 Rock
Thats exactly what I said to my friend! I was like "This looks funnier than SNL has been lately..."
Pre-School Musical? Hysterical!
Liz Lemons? I wish they really had Fey :P

This is the full song with Curtis and Kenita in it. Also with Neil Patrick Harris singing. What could be better?
"Chicago is it's own incredible theater town right there smack down in the middle of the heartland. What a great city! I can see why Oprah likes to live there!" - Dee Hoty :-D
I've just got to ask: how in the hell is this for kids? I know Sesame Street is a show intended for children, but I don't know how any child would understand the 30 Rock reference, nor who Kim Cattrall is (not really the Sex and the City audience). Did find it a hoot though and even though I will never jump the ship that is SNL, I too was a little saddened that a lot of this was funnier than (at the very least) this past season. That being said, if anyone saw it, Amy Adams and Kristen Wiig did a rendition of "What Is This Feeling" from Wicked which worked rather well earlier this season. Either way, I enjoyed the clip (anything with the cast of Xanadu AND NPH is automatically deemed amazing) so thanks for the link. Updated On: 8/19/08 at 03:55 PM
I love how Sesame Street has always put in jokes that would go over the kids heads. I was watching a behind the scenes thing on it. One of the producers was talking about how they do this because they want to entertain the parents who are watching with the children as well as the children themselves.
I was watching this with my little cousin when she was visiting. I was laughing pretty hard at some of the jokes. My cousin (her mom) walked in and we agreed that Sesame Street is turning into SNL Jr.
