Singer and former Spamalot star Clay Aiken welcomed his first child, baby boy Parker Foster Aiken, at 8:08 AM this morning. According to WRAL news report, mother, father and baby are all doing fine.

Awww, you're still mad that he did not answer your delusional love letter all those years ago? It's time to let go, honey.

He never discussed the issue, and some fans did not want to believe the story because it originated on TMZ. This announcement, however, comes from a legitimate news source, and was confirmed by Clay himself on the fan club site.

You know cartwheel as far as were concerned. Clay's broadway appearance is OVER, so please post this at OFF-TOPIC Board! He is no longer appearing on Broadway stage, so this is not main-topic related!

As unconventional as their situation is, I'm sure the proud parents are still overjoyed, so congrats to them.

By the way, joeKV, although Carol Channing may be 'dead' to Broadway, the old doll is still very much alive.

Do you have a link to where his rep said it? Not David Foster's ex-wife or anyone like that, but the person authorized to speak for Clay Aiken?
