You have no idea of how this business works. You have no idea about a lot of things, and yet you think if you keep talking you'll say something smart or right.
Go run a lemonade stand and do something productive.

The funny thing is that there was a recent thread where one poster trashed Aaron Tveit and received a lot of backlash for it, because of how innapropriate his comments were. Yet, Jordan can rant all he want about Lea, being plain disrespectful and people actually encourage him. The double standards on this board never cease to amaze me.

You talk a big game and you say how people don't know how truly horrible she is so what are you waiting for? Or all you all talk like Jordan? Pshh yeah thats exactly what I thought.

Waiting for what? To give you specifics on myself and my job? You'll be waiting a long time, at least until way past your bedtime. People who I want to share my information with (like Kad) know my involvement with her. Read a SPRING AWAKENING Playbill. My name is in there. I know what I'm talking about unlike you.
And you want to call me "pathetic trash"? Take a look in a mirror. That's the thing that your Mom and any one of the guys she brings home for "work" snort that white stuff off of every night. You SERIOUSLY don't want to get into a war of words with me because I can guarantee you that you don't have enough ammunition in that still developing skull of yours to take me on for more than a couple of rounds. Your arguments undoubtably turn to "HA! exactly what i expected. Pathetic trash.." and nothing more.

I would never share a story that would readily identify who I am on here. Because I am not a idiot. I've shared the stories- PRIVATELY- with a handful of posters I trust and have a rapport with.
Enough people know about her- people who actually matter in these affairs. I don't need to convince some kid who has nothing better to do on his summer vacation than inflate his ego by incessantly sniping and arguing with strangers on the internet.

So in OTHER words: You freely harass the name of this broadway actress and when someone confronts you on why she is horrible you guys go and hide in your little shell? If you are going to bitch and bitch about someone at least be able to back it up morons.
"You SERIOUSLY don't want to get into a war of words with me because I can guarantee you that you don't have enough ammunition in that still developing skull of yours to take me on for more than a couple of rounds."
Cut the crap old man. You are all talk and you know it. I confront you about an issue and you hide in your little cave expecting Kad to back you up BUT in reality you are a tool who cowards in front of confrontation when he knows he has nothing to back up his Claims. Stop wasting my time if you have nothing to say except "Ooh don't mess with me I'm Jordan and im all big and scary". Yes Jordan I am calling you pathetic cause thats exactly what you are when you say the dumbest stuff and can't back it up with any proof.

Trentsketch-That was Buenos Aires, I think you are speaking of with Sara Ramirez. I was there that night, if my avatar doesn't give that away. It was phenomenal. I'm actually not 100% sure if she didn't know the song or was just looking in that binder because it had a special meaning. It was explained that it was a binder of songs that her friend had made for her of roles he wanted her to play, and she brought it with her when he was dying and sang to him.
Sorry for threadjacking.

You think you posed a really good "gotcha!" question. You didn't. You've merely reached the limit when it comes to the anonymity of this board. I won't cross it. These threads about Michele are not new or unique. I've said what I had to say about her reputation- and it is true and has been backed up by others on this forum and can be backed up easily with even a few moments of private interaction in any social setting with a diverse array of people. It does not gel with what you think you know is true because it doesn't have to.
In summation: you don't know. You are completely ignorant and in the dark. And yet, you INSIST you do. How could you? You're a student, miles and miles away from the city, so far removed from what is going on behind press releases and interviews.
I have been here long enough, and provided absolutely true and verified insider information on many occasions about various things, that my reputation speaks for itself.
I don't have to prove a thing to you. And I won't.
Believe me. Or don't, as is your wont. At the end of the day, I am still right. And you are still a very young student who has a lot to learn. I have nothing else to say, and I doubt anything you say in return will be worth responding to.

Jordan, let's say that she were cast on another broadway show and behind the scenes she behaves as bitchy and as unprofessional as you describe her to be. Will the audience know or care?
It's show business, isn't putting on a show the only thing that matters? I don't care about what performers do off stage, I only care about what they do on it. The fact is that, personal things aside, the girl is insanely talented and that's all that matters, or should matter anyway.
#115Dear God, They Wanted Lea Michele For EVITA
Posted: 6/16/13 at 9:42pmIt DOES matter because the theatre is NOT limited to what is on stage. Things don't appear fully-formed on stage.

Posted: 6/16/13 at 9:44pmkad i stopped reading after you said "gotcha". Im sure the rest is full of your usual crap but i unfortunately just don't give a rats butt about your opinion cause you are a coward. Next time you talk **** about someone have something to back it up. You probably have never even worked with her. You are almost as moronic as Jordan. Have a GREAT night..
#117Dear God, They Wanted Lea Michele For EVITA
Posted: 6/16/13 at 9:44pmBut if the show DOES come together at the end, then it was all worth it.

Wrong. The process is as important. If someone was a terror to work with, the end result doesn't always matter. I have personally seen people in charge of large theater companies decree that they will never again use so-and-so because of any number of offstage reasons. And they didn't.
Has that happened to Michele? I don't know and can't guess one way or another.

I definitely agree All that jazz. The hypocrisy on this board is amazing. The funniest part is that these people take themselves so seriously and then when confronted they run off and hide like the babies they are. I expect Better from this place. Truly just embarrassing what some people do on here.

Posted: 6/16/13 at 9:54pmI do a lot more reading on here than posting, but Broadway Guy, Jordan and Kad have generally stated why they have a problem with Ms. Michele. It's that simple. No more explanation is necessary From the two. For two posters who've worked in the industry, I've always respected their postings. If that means staying anonymous, you should respect that.

Posted: 6/16/13 at 10:07pmJordan has gone out of his way to trash Lea Michele every chance he gets on here. Then suddenly someone asks him why and wants him to provide stories to back up his argument he suddenly disappears. If he wants it to stay Anonymous then he shouldn't be talking crap about her on here in the first place. Even the title of this thread is a dig at Lea Michele. I respect when someone critiques an actor but Jordan just takes it to a personal level that is completely uncalled for. I will do no such thing as respect someone who will go out of their way to tarnish an industry professional. This conversation is over.

I agree until certain extent. While it's true that unprofessional behavior will most likely jeopardize your career, plenty of directors and producers have put up with it for the sake of giving the audience what they want. Just look at Al Jolson.

If we're talking about "reputation" right now...
Posters like Kad and Jordan have built a reputation for being intelligent, informed, entertaining, and enlightening.
You, "broadway guy", have (very quickly) built up a reputation for being nothing but the opposite.
I would believe anything they posted WELL before i'd take to heart any of the non-sensical trash you post. Whether or not their posts are positive and encouraging of every performer or endeavor (and whether or not you or I agree with their opinions), they have proved they have the information to be able to make informed judgements.
You have none of those things. Know your place and stop acting like a fool.
