He won in 2003 for Individual Performance in a Variety or Comedy Program for Whose Line Is It Anyway? He was nominated in the same category in 2001 and 2002

*Anyway
Maybe he wasn't hired because of his name....but because he gave a killer audition. Who knows.
I got booted off of the page while I was posting. Finally got back in and was trying to fix the post to "Anyway" and got booted off again.
Did anyone else have issues with the page around 5pm EST
yeah it kept bringing me to another page
I kept getting a page that said "Broadwayworld.com" offline
Tried with my phone and got "application could not load"
The site has been a little won't all day.
yeah, I really hope his attendance is better in KINKY BOOTS then in CHICAGO. Maybe the show should add in a standby for Brady?
The show always has a Lola standby!

Maybe do you mean add an alternate?

sorry, I wasn't aware they had a standby for Lola. Nevermind then.
also, WHOSE LINE IS IT ANYWAY? was renewed for another season. LMAD is taping their new season now. None of the press releases say how long Brady is with the show, but WLIIA might start taping in January(in Los Angeles). So maybe Brady only has a 8 week contract??
Brady is a funny guy, but will he be serious enough for this?
In a selfish way, I'm glad KTP isn't going back to Broadway. That means I can see him on tour when he comes to my town!
But I read that Billy's last night is Nov 20. Wasn't announced earlier this year that his contract was up in January 2016?
I don't think it's the best choice creatively but I think Kinky Boots was heading for a troubling fall/winter box office and this stunt casting will probably help

Am I the only one who is willing to give him a chance ?
Loved him on Whose Line. I know it's not very fashionable not to hate everything but I'm excited for this.
I think he could be good. I'm willing to give him a chance.

I'm just saying Todrick Hall would probably have been the best stunt casting.

Time will tell.

How about Colman Domingo?
TODRICK HALL!!
as for Wayne, idk is he really that famous to the point of calling this stunt casting? He probably just had a really great audition

Well, your friend should have pushed harder to make it happen...
