Is there promotional overkill with THE SOUND OF MUSIC LIVE and INTO THE WOODS movie, or what? I can't seem to turn on my computer without seeing pictures of the Von Trapp brats, sets for INTO THE WOODS, interviews with the casts of both..and now SOM trading cards.
As someone has suggested in a previous thread, I skip over these items but there's so much coming my way that they're hard to avoid.
I was really looking forward to seeing this SOUND OF MUSIC but at this point there's been so much coverage of the project that I feel I've seen it already!

I was hoping this was about the Streisand/Summer duet.
Instead it's the guy who posts one joke about Loretta Swit, 65,000 times, and then complains about overkill.

Yep... Laura will make her entrance, and then Swit will dash out of the soundstage, leaping in front of Benanti and screaming "film me, instead!"
She will be ejected of course, but during the Laendler, viewers may notice her in the background, leering through one of the windows with a flashlight.
