Can ANYONE get these?
Technically HipTix members are supposed to be 18-35
But (and I don't condone this) as long as the ticket-buyer is in the age limit... finish the sentence...
...and they're sold out.
Really? Wow, I'm glad I acted quickly!
Good work for acting fast!
Going to "Ordinary Days" Nov.29 (I'd seen all the others)
Roundabout is sooo good to its young people!!! Why can't producers from the other musicals take a page from their customer handbook???

I was still able to get the $10 ($11.50 actually) tickets for Wishful Drinking over the phone with the code but then they stressed the age limit and one of us is over by one year so I cancelled before they put the order through. Darn!
Aww, you are such a law-abiding citizen Popular. Honestly, they'd rather have your money and a full-house!

Can these be purchased at the box office, or only online/by phone?
Great deal ... hoping to snag one for Ordinary Days.
Eug - If it's under my name and I am picking the tickets up that should be ok? They made it sound like they would check both our ID's which is why I backed out. I am totally willing to call back! I'm willing to bend the law a little here, but I'm really just going for my friend so it would suck if they carded her and refused to let her in.
Eug, I'll see you there!
Popular, don't buy Roundabout tickets over the phone. I bought mine online and it was $10 even.
dash, I think you can only get Hiptix online or over the phone. I'm sure these are no exception.
I can't find a place to put the code in online or else I would have done it that way.
Eug, I'm so close to risking it. How easy do you think it would be to sell it to some youngin's last minute and just do the $26.50 rush tickets if they don't let us in?
Yero: Be sure to say hi, since I don't know what you look like. Updated On: 11/18/09 at 05:28 PM

Any time I've ever done HipTix as one of two people both of our ids were checked when the tix were picked up at the box office.

I usually take my mom. They always check my ID, but no one had ever said anything about her being with me, and she's 60, so it's pretty obvious that she isn't in the hiptix age range. I always thought that since they offered 2 tickets per person the age of the second person didn't matter as long as the person buying the tickets qualified for hiptix.
Great deal! Now I can cross WISHFUL DRINKING off of the list. Going next Tuesday.
purchased tickets for the matinee and evening shows of Wishful Drinking and After Miss Julie, respectively for Saturday the 28th.
Thank you so much for posting this!!!
Popular: When you go to the Roundabout site and click on Tickets, there's a box to enter a promotional code even before you select a date.
The only time I've ever been carded going into the theater is on the day of the Hiptix party. For normal performances, I've used Hiptix to get tickets for my parents before and as long as I was the one who picked them up from the box office, no one cared. If someone is with you when you pick up the tickets, they might card that person, but if it's just you, you're fine.
Eug: I'm the least observant person in the world, so I probably won't see you, but I'll try to look and I'll definitely say hi if I spot you. :)
Got two for Wishful Drinking! If only I had enough money for Ordinary Days as well....
I got mine for Saturday night at Wishful Drinking! Rear mezz. woot. Maybe Ill see some of you guys there?
Wow, they never even asked for MY ID when I picked up the tickets! ha ha

The codes are still good. I just purchased tickets for tomorrow's evening performance of "Wishful Drinking" and the Sunday matinee of "The Understudy."
