Not sure when it'll be announced, but my friend's friend will be the Christmas Eve/Mrs. T and MAYBE the Kate/Lucy Understudy.
Here she is singing "My Brother Lived In San Francisco"
Link!
They're combining Eve & Mrs. T?
No, sorry, I guess that was confusing. For sure she is understudying Christmas Eve and Mrs. T and she is possibly understudying Kate/Lucy. Sorry for the confusion.
Ahh okay. So she will be doing MINGLIE CHEN'S track from Broadway.
Yes the tour is non-Eq, but will be using the sets & puppets from the first national tour.
Have they announced stops?
They have. It's on the website.

I'm seeing it on 10/18 in Binghamton.

I'm seeing this tour in June, I can't wait!!!! Are there any clips of his singing?
He has a decent voice. He's from my hometown, so I've seen him perform a few times.

A guy who was on the "Spelling Bee" tour with me is playing Gary Coleman (they made the character a male role for this tour). His name is Nigel Clark (he was the Mitch/Chip swing in "Spelling Bee")- he's great!

Hello, Brent. How you doin'?
"A 2007 graduate of Seminole High School"
Whoa, they like 'em young, huh?
"Whoa, they like 'em young, huh?"
I believe so. Julianna Lee (the Christmas Eve understudy) graduated high school in 2008 and just finished up her first year at college.

I wonder why they did that?

Are you saying that I'M Brent? No I'm not. Someone congratulated (On the Ave. Q tour Facebook) a "Brent" on getting the lead in the show. I then googled "Brent Avenue Q" & I got the article.

Isn't Christmas Eve supposed to be, um, not 19/20? I mean, she has "two masters degrees in social work" and is married to a 32 year old... I hope Julianna can play 'old' convincingly.

Understudies aren't always age(or look) appropriate for the role they are understudying.
I haven't seen her in anything, so, I'm not sure if she can play older convincingly. I will be honest that I was a little surprised that she is understudying Christmas Eve because of her age and plus, I think she'd be just right for Kate.

Non-Equity tours aren't always age appropriate.
Robot, is the Nigel Clark that you did Spelling Bee with?
