I think what's relatively new
is that Dylan Farrow (the
subject of the child abuse
allegations 20 years ago)
gave her first public inter-
view recently in which SHE
corroborated her mother's
claims from when Dylan
was 5 or 6.
(I don't know what the truth
is, but Allen continues to
deny the charge and there
are studies showing it is
possible to "plant" false
memories in a child's mind.)

Here's the effing truth and it is NOT HARD TO FIND. Mr. Allen was investigated thoroughly TWICE and found innocent of everything. This continuing hatchet job by Dylan and her mother is disgusting. Yes, I'm sure her mother has done her job brilliantly and that Dylan and Ronan believe this. Moses was there and absolutely denies that anything ever happened, and common sense would tell you that Mr. Allen, in the midst of a contentious and public breakup would hardly molest his child in her home while that's going on - he would have to be mentally deficient and he is anything but that. Like him, hate him, I don't care, but in this country we are INNOCENT until PROVEN guilty and I am so sick of this crap about this person in particular. He was allowed to adopt TWO children - think that could have happened if there were even a hint of anything? No is your easy answer. As to Dylan I have one word for you: McMartin. If you don't know what that means Google is your friend, and I don't mean John McMartin. I mean McMartin as in people's lives ruined because a bunch of impressionable kids were brainwashed into making specious allegations that the idiotic public chose to believe without a shred of evidence. Then, when every single allegation was proved false all those rush to judgment types disappeared into the good night - no apologies, no oops we were wrong what can we do to fix this. I share your skepticism and
went out of my way to qualify

I know that he was found innocent, that's what I know and I know that happened a quarter of a century ago. You seem to keep ignoring that. Read the article I posted, then post, rather than just saying the same old, same old. Mr. Allen was not a step-parent to Soon-Yi - that is the problem here, all this continual misinformation. In order to be a step-parent you have to be married - Mr. Allen was never married to Ms. Farrow, nor was he the adoptive father of Soon-Yi PREVIN. Nor was he a father figure to her in any way. She states that they had virtually no contact when she was not of age and SHE pursued the relationship.

YES. Good. Everyone should cancel his work.. Everyone should stop working with him. Dylan has been saying the same exact thing for 20 years and I wish that people would just START BELIEVING girls. For those who say he was investigated and found innocent: Do you know the Olympics doctor Nassar in the news now? You admit that he was guilty, right? He was investigated 20 years ago too, and multiple times - by Michigan State University, by local and federal police, by his hospital, by Title IX, and by the gymnastics association. He was also cleared back then, so don't you dare rely on the systems we have in place now to charge accusers because they obviously don't work.

Not finding enough evidence to say he is 100% quilty is not the same as proving he is innocent. Even in a court of law, innocence is not proclaimed, but not guilty is. It's doesn't mean a person isn't guilty, but only that they weren't proven to be guilty.
I don't know the truth, don't pretend to. But truth be told, I've always found him creepy....and marrying his very young step daughter is pretty disgusting. I don't know how anyone could find someone that they once bathed, tucked into bed, & kissed "boo-boos" for, to ever sexually appealing or a romantic possibility. It might not be illegal (as adult incest is not in most states) but it does say something about a person.

People aren't 'found innocent' in this country. There is either enough evidence to establish probable cuase to go forward with criminal charges or not enough evidence (or other reasons why charges would not be authorized).
Not even touching the Dylan Farrow allegations, the Soon-Yi stuff is enough to make me avoid Woody Allen's work on its own.

Wow - your statement is FULL of falsehoods. He was not a step-father to her. Allen never did ANY of those paternal tasks you've listed. He was not involved with Soon Yi's care at all. Yes, the beginnings of his romantic relationship with Soon Yi are admittedly gross -- but please do not spread untruths.

No investigations find someone innocent. Even juries don't find people innocent. They determine whether there is enough evidence to bring charges. Even then, it is not up to them whether the charges have merit, just that there is enough to run with...
