I think it's awesome that Ricki Lake is a part of this... she DID create the ORIGINAL Tracy Turnblad, pre-musical.

And like a lot of cast recordings/soundtracks, most songs listed after the last chronogically-included song are just bonuses...

Nothing against mateo, cuz he's amazing.

But this has been planned for a while. I doubt they used his idea for inspiration since he just made it today.

Sorry for some reason I thought that Ricki Lake was Rick Moranis. I have no idea why. So I thought that there had to be a different Ricki Lake because I didn't know why Rick Moranis would be on that CD. Does that make sense?

Neddy, pay attention to the layout..... Queen isn't "in the middle". She is the last, hence the "and" with above the title billing. The rest are billed below the title. The "and" makes perfect sense. It also puts more emphasis on HER billing.. ie, lower placement but more prominent. he billing and 'top billing' of Travolta are the two most desireable spots to have in the billing due to that stuff.

When they have all of the names in the row (which they do a lot of the time) she is in the middle.

When they list names of people in a film, they list the more well known people in one group and then the lesser known people in another group.

Queen Latifah is the last in the group of the well known stars so the "and" is put in front of her name.

its true. new photos of him in hawaii surfaced- he looks good.


Sondhead- The singing I heard at the screening- was very much Amanda's voice. I think it would be a joke if she was dubbed by Diana- her voice is too recognizable.
