Unless I am misunderstanding the question, your tickets are emailed to you; they're not somehow physically manifest on your phone. At the FedEx you log into your email and print them.

Yes, I assume they will be emailed and in my emails but my question is how do I get them to the printer? Do I need to have my iphone cord? I do know how tix and email work, but I have never printed anything directly from my cell...it's not that common of a thing.
You'll need to log in to your email account on a computer terminal at the printing center, open the email, and print the tickets.

RIGHT NOW on Ticketmaster there are 4 orchestra seats row O left on the aisle - $417 plus fees.
Just far enough away that I'll never make it there by 8, but figured I'd share here so they go to a kindred spirit.

There's 2nd row center on SH for like $800 each for tonight

To print at the 8th floor FedEx/Kinkos at the Marriott (right next door to the theater) you need to be there before 7pm because that is when they close.
Someone mentioned here that there's a Staples on 8th Ave near the theater that closes at 8 that has computers for use.
Pay close attention to your ticket purchase as this is only viable for INSTANT DOWNLOAD tickets. If your ticket reads PICK-UP ONLY the StubHub on 40th between 5th &6th (10 minute walk away each way--need 30 min for that) can print your PICK-UP ONLY (and can print instant download). They also have desktop computers for your browsing and purchasing needs.
i always thought a good idea was to hang around the StubHub office to make your impulse purchase of either type ticket and run like the wind to the theater. Same with the FedEx/Kinkos next to the RRT.
I think it's finally time to upgrade my phone. My browser doesn't support the new StubHub mobile site and cannot see these price drops =(

Is there a better weekend day to do this? As in does Saturday or Sunday have better odds?
My friend and I take the midnight bus from DC to NYC all the time to see shows for a day and last time we did we just walked by the Richard Rogers theatre and there weren't really that many people in line (it was a Saturdah before the new rules, so basically a few tents and a few people) at around 6:30/7AM.
We would love to take the bus and actually wait in line all day but I want to make sure our chances will be a tiny bit better (trust me, I know NOTHING is guaranteed and there's a HUGE chance we could go home seeing nothing).
Also, if we do decide to do this, how much cash should we actually have on our person, or can we pay with a credit card?
I don't have time to look through every post in this thread but I will definitely try.
Thanks!

I'd say Sunday matinee is your best chance.
you can pay by credit card so no need to bring cash.

Just so you know, Lin doesn't do Sunday matinees. Although he's leaving in a month anyway

I just got in line to hopefully get tickets for Friday night's show. I think I'm about 20th in line at the moment, with several in front of me who are just standing in line who I believe only want Thursday tickets. Not sure what time those in front got here or whether some in front of me will stay for Friday if they don't get tickets tonight. I'll try to post updates, and if anyone else will be here let me know! :)

I can only imagine how much the prices are going to skyrocket before July 9th. Guess it's time to start planning my overnight stay in the cancellation line. What time is a good time to be in line for the next evening's performance? https://www.broadwayworld.com/article/Lin-Manuel-Miranda-Sets-the-Date-for-His-Final-HAMILTON-Performance-20160602

If you are willing to pay the premium price, I really suggest looking at StubHub and a site called TickPick day or so before. I was able (along with another BroadwayWorld member I met on this thread) were able to get Row B Orchestra Left Aisle seats (closest to center) for around $600 each for this past Weds matinee. Worth every penny in my opinion. As if it needs to be said, loved the show.
I had heard ppl on Weds who got there in early am got tickets for Weds but I personally didn't speak to anyone.

Oh dear Lord, no! That thought isn't even funny because I can see a "clown car" number of people running to the line after you shared this thought, LOL!

So, I've never attempted a cancellation line, but I am going to be in New York Tuesday-Friday and am thinking about getting into line Tuesday night.
my question is, if I stand in line all night long and my 70-year-old mother relieves me at 6am or so for a couple hours, is this possible? I'm not positive she could do it without a chair though. We only want two tickets.
Since Wednesday has the in person lottery and the two shows, it seemed like the best chance.
thanks for the help.

My teen and I are heading down to NYC tomorrow. I'm contemplating buying tickets in case we can't get tix on the cancellation line. Do you think we would be able to resell them? I just keep watching them go up and up the past few hours. I don't plan to make money on them but don't want to get arrested reselling them should we luck out with the cancellation line. It's so much more than we should really spend.

It's not illegal to resell tickets, even at insane markups, in NY. If you're on the sidewalk at the theater selling them for a "decent" price, I can guarantee you'll get them sold.
But if you buy tickets through one method, why would you also waste time with cancellation line?

Because right now, I'd have to spend $700 ticket on mezz. And if we can get lottery or through cancellation, I don't really want to spend $1400 on tickets. I'm trying to hedge my bets as this is the only weekend we can get to NYC before OBC leaves.

I see tickets going down. And you're not going to get $700 per 30 minutes before the show outside the theater. You're going to eat some $

And also, most of the cancellation tickets get sold right before show and you have to walk right in. I don't think you would have time to sell the others.
