A million thanks for directing me to my phone. I got right in and bought tickets for December.
Meanwhile, my window on my computer is still going.
I was able to use my iphone and got right in...if you're waiting on the website, use your phone..it went super fast. I was able to get a $40 ticket for the dates I wanted. I assumed it would be balcony, but it's rear orchestra. Is that partial view or something?
If you're still waiting...use your phone! It went very quickly!

Anyone not using their code and wanting to be generous....I know this is a long shot but trying to get tickets for my daughter’s birthday. We will be in NYC August 25th. Need 3 seats for both shows. ?? please message me!
Painless. Went on promptly at 11:00. Chose a date listed as "going fast" for 4 tickets in the $199 section. I was given K 26-32 which I cannot imagine is anything but the last 4 seats. Hope they are decent for THAT price.
I would have liked to try another day (This one was in May) but not clear how to back out or reselect so I continued and purchased and now have confirmation.
The ONLY 2 delivery options are will call and Mobile Phone. Be ready for that choice.

I used my code at 11am, got tickets, clicked pay and then it said an error happened and didn't go through. I tried to do it over again and said the code was already used to purchase tickets. AGHH! Anyone have this happen?? The wait time with Ticketmaster is 15 minutes.

Did you check your email to see if it actually did go through?
Alan, they’ve removed the center section of the seats and it just made it two sections, right and left. I have a seat on the end and I’m not too worried because of that reason since they’ll align most likely where the center aisle would’ve been originally of the left or right sections. I don’t know for sure if that’s where it’ll be, but it’s definitely not as far over as usual.

Yay! Have tickets for Aug 25th!! That was quite stressful but remarkably straightforward in the end.

Thanks. I'm thinking they will say I'm screwed but I'll wait on hold and see what happens.

Did you close your original browser window? I “lost” tickets twice due to system overload and the tickets timing out. But it gave me an option to “start over” without having to put the code in again.

Update, the same thing happened to me. Should I call them so that I can make sure I got them? My credit card says the transaction is pending but I never got an email or confirmation number.
Their Twitter is saying to direct message a ticketmaster Twitter...

Yay!!! I'm so glad that worked for you too!!! And yes, same with me, I was done purchasing and stupid computer was still sitting there stuck on the login!

And ticketmastwr is eother busy or automated saying they're closed.
Can I shift to my phone or will it tell me the code has already been used?
The window on my computer continues to spin as well. Definitely use your phone, if possible.
I never received a confirmation of my purchase, however, when I log in to my account and select "My Events" the tickets are listed there, so I assume I'm fine.
And now for something completely different...I never received an email that said I was selected for an access code, so a kind poster helped me out. However, I just got a text message from ticketmaster giving me a code for 1 PM (I guess I just never got the email), so...first person to PM me can have it.

Shift to your phone. The code isn't used until tickets are purchased. I used my code to search for dates on three different devices at the same time.

That's exactly what my computer was doing when I logged into my phone. I left the computer tab open while I was logging in, just in case. The phone was very fast! I was quite surprised.

Successfully got a ticket for April 11th! $40 level, side orchestra. I'm happy with it.
Used phone. It would not work on my computer.

Thank you for this tip! It worked for me and I have tickets now. Of course all the seats left that they would show me are in the very last row of the balcony. I really wish they'd let us see all available seats. Hope I can actually see the show from that far back.
