You should have received the link in the text message/email with the access code."

It did....but takes me to the general page only."

Assuming you mean the general HP ticket info page, leave it open for a few minutes. Eventually the code entry popup should appear.

http://harrypotter.ticketmaster.com/

Update: the code box has magically appeared for me again. I guess don't try to enter the code too early. Lesson learned!

This is my current experience. I received the link in a text, and the code followed right after. I clicked on the linked and was directed to what looked like the generic page. After a few minutes, a dialogue box requesting my access code opened.

has anyone entered the code yet? mine is just kind of loading but nothing's happening. will it start at 11am?

Same is happening to me as well

Same here...

I think just got the $20 balcony tickets! It said there is high demand and network is low. It said to close the page, does this mean I got the tickets or no?

I'm on my phone and still stuck waiting to get in."

Shoot, I'm sorry!

A million thanks for directing me to my phone. I got right in and bought tickets for December.

Meanwhile, my window on my computer is still going.
