Crazy weird. Some days were online, some weren't. Finally called and was only on hold for 3 minutes. Got my ticket!

Question - are the Tuesday talks about the show before the performance open to anyone? How exciting!

This link seems to indicate that anyone with a ticket that night can attend the talk.

Got my tickets for April 15th! I called the customer service line and was only waiting for a couple of minutes to speak to someone. I was actually pretty surprised that they had tickets for the first date I wanted them for, but I'm very excited. I think calling is probably the better option at this point, it was super quick for me.

Thanks for your help this morning, everyone! I got through but couldn't complete the purchase. I emailed Roundabout and they asked for my number, called me, and sold me tickets within an hour. Not the date I originally wanted, but I'm really happy with their customer service!

I finally was able to order a ticker around 2pm. It gave me a confirmation number but I still didn't receive a confirmation email, and it doesn't appear in my order history. Anyone else's experiencing this?

That happened to me with the access10 tickets for Cabaret. My order did go through and I got the tickets.

My friend got ours! She had some trouble w/ the site but did get the confirmation after it crashed or something the first try.

Regarding the seats, the rear mezz in studio 54 is pretty bad. But for those of us who missed out on the Access 10, it's impossible to pass up on $25 seats to Cabaret.
