I love Michael McKean. Every time I've seen him, whether it's "The Homecoming" or "Superior Donuts", he's consistent, smart, surprising. Can't wait to see this.

For comparison, here's the new cast and who played their roles in the 2000 revival.
James Earl Jones = Charles Durning
John Larroquette = Spalding Gray
Angela Lansbury = Elizabeth Ashley
Candice Bergen = Michael Learned
Michael McKean = Mark Blum
There are two more lead roles (another presidential candidate and his wife, played by Chris Noth and Christine Ebersole in 2002) yet to be cast. They should bring down the average age a bit.
