So 33 shows at 20 houses.
I just I haven't been to the Minskoff, New Amsterdam, and the August Wilson and I'm only 15!
The only theatres I'm missing are:
-American Airlines (though I have tickets for 20th Century, and trying to see the Real Thing)
-August Wilson (will have to wait for JB to close)
-Broadhurst (will have to wait for Mamma Mia to close)
-Beaumont (but I'll see The King & I)
-Friedman (I'll get around to an MTC production eventually)
-Helen Hayes (though now that RoA is closing I might see something there)
So I've been to 34 of the Broadway theatres. The one I've been to the most is the Circle in the Square. I've seen 4 shows there: Godspell, Soul Doctor, Lady Day & The River.
I only have to go to the Vivian Beaumont, but I will for the King and I in the spring!

I love this question! Been living in West Coast, and only started going to Broadway in 2009, I'm surprised to find that I've been in 27 theaters (44 shows).
Here is the list of the 13 that I've never been to:
1. Brooks Atkinson
2. Broadhurst
3. Samuel J. Friedman
4. John Golden
5. Helen Hayes
6. Bernard B. Jacobs
7. Lunt-Fontanne
8. Majestic
9. Marquis
10. Music Box
11. Nederlander
12. St. James
13. August Wilson
Hope to reduce the number in February, as I'm planning to see A Delicate Balance (@ John Golden) and Constellations (@ Samuel Friedman).
Interestingly, 5 theaters sharing the most number of times (3 times in each):
* Al Hirschfeld (Hair, How to Succeed, Kinky Boots)
* Cort (No Man's Land, Waiting for Godot, The Cripple of Inishmaan)
* Ethel Barrymore (Betrayal, A Raisin in the Sun, The Curious Incident)
* Eugene O'Neill (Spring Awakening, Fela!, The Book of Mormon)
* Gerald Schoenfeld (A Chorus Line, The Best Man, The Bridges of Madison County)
