I heard they are touring this production, but don't know with which cast.
Tour is happening. Not sure of the cast but it will be starting early 2023.

Do we know yet who Cinderella is after Denée Benton leaves? I'll be in NYC the first week of January and considering seeing this again.

Do you think the Cinderella announcement will be today or tomorrow?
It will be the current understudy for the role, finishing out the run.

Mary Kate Moore or Diane Phelan???

Phelan has just been confirmed as the closing Cinderella. Also, Arcelus will rejoin the company as the Baker for the final week.
Both actors will continue with the tour.

Prices are still bonkers with fewer and fewer 'names'. First week of January isn't that well sold, even the closing performance. No wonder people are waiting more last minute to buy tickets for shows. $455 for front mezz? $133 for the back of the mezz and the balcony?? For a show that's been around 70% capacity, that's insane.
Did anyone see Joaquina as the Witch tonight?
She was fantastic! Loved everything about her portrayal of the witch!
Saw a clip of her curtain call bow - something about the dress looks better than the other iterations (brighter?) and the hair is lovely.

That tiktok wouldn't load for me, but I found this on youtube

Being nostalgic, I wonder what mid-late 90s Whitney Houston would’ve done with the role of The Witch.

very little.
Saw Joaquina tonight and thought she was really great. Her first act Witch was the best so far, nailing the humor and making the role the funniest the revival has seen. Her second act Witch needs a little more time (which she sadly won’t really get) to nail the more serious and emotional moments - can’t wait to see how she is at the final show.

To anyone who has seen this recently, are they selling updated window cards at the theatre with Joaquina Kalukango’s name? I thought about ordering one online but it is the old one. Thank you!

I saw the show last week and thought it was fantastic. Bought 2nd row center seat online the day of for $210 with tax and fees - was worth every penny. I thought the cast was pretty close to perfect with Delphi Borich on as the US for Little Red and Paul Krepel as the US for Narrator.
Brian, Stephanie, and Joaquina were all 3 simply unbelievably perfect.
I don't research shows much before I buy tickets cause I don't like spoilers so I was a bit surprised at first with the simple staging but it really grew on me over the course of the show. Was a nice mix between a full broadway show and a broadway concert style. The lighting design was great but I must say the sound design was possibly the best I've ever heard at a broadway show.
If you have the opportunity I'd definitely see this show before Brian leaves - it's as close to perfect as it will ever get I think!
Agreed; the gown looks redesigned and perfect, less Vegas and more in sync somehow. I bet her “Last Midnight” is dynamite.
