Why do you need to start new threads on something you could have asked in the other thread where the comment was posted?

Because all you do is spam up the board with useless threads or start threads about rush policies that you can find anywhere, broadwayforbrokepeople, or use the search button.

The odds of it transferring are slim to none. It isn't doing great business and it costs a LOT to transfer a show. If something that may do better business wants the St. James, IDIOT will likely just close.

The reason American Idiot is at the St. James is because it coincides with the character of St. Jimmy...
The only other theatres I would think it could work at is the Richard Rodgers or the Nederlander.

No way in hell they chose the theatre because of the name.

If that is the reason they chose that theatre over a smaller one then they deserve to close!

I had heard either the Kerr or the Nederlander.
I think MDQ will close soon so It could be open for Idiot
I don't see the Kerr being free soon tho

There is no way the set of American Idiot will fit in the Nederlander.

Well they don't seem to have the smartest team of producers. They're going to get it all on the trucks, get there, & realize it's not going to fit.

So they'd have the cost of moving AND the cost of reconstructing a set?

It's too bad Adam Lambert is not interested in returning to the stage....it'd be cool to see him play St. Jimmy.

Ugh. Can't glee just do an episode where they talk about his "the-atri-ca-li-ty" instead of stunt casting him in AI?

He'd actually be a good St. Jimmy.
