I have time to see a show Monday and Tuesday next week. Know Mondays are mostly dark so limits my options. Note that I'll be back in November and have tickets for Sunset Boulevard and Tammy Faye. Have tickets in December for Death Becomes Her. I'm open to plays as well. I really want to see Cabaret with Adam Lambert but can't convince my partner who has seen Cabaret several times (not this production however).
Of what's on Broadway, here's what I've seen on Broadway:
I have seen 8 shows since Tuesday. My three favorites were Sunset Blvd. by a mile, Hills of California and The Outsiders. The only one I really didn’t like (I was bored) was Our Town. Pass on it.

I’d suggest sunset Blvd andswept away"
Best Score and Best Book Tony voters clearly had a different opinion. I adored Suffs and have recommended it to many friends and family of different ages and tastes, and they all came away very grateful to have seen it.

I’d go to A Wonderful World on Monday night and see Suffs on Tuesday. Once Upon a Mattress was light fun and is on TDF right now for Tuesday night which would be another option.
If your partner doesn't want to see Cabaret, can you go by yourself? The production has its flaws, but is much better with Lambert. If you want to see him, it's certainly worth it, and easy to get cheap tickets now. He's out on 10/28 though, if that's the Monday you mean.
I haven't seen Suffs, but I enjoyed Yellow Face at Roundabout. Otherwise I can't think of anything not already on your list. (Saw Mattress at Encores; it was very fun, but very slight. Harriet Harris was one of the standouts though, and she didn't transfer, so it may not be as good.)
Water for Elephants with the new cast (2nd time) or Once Upon a Mattress.
