Can anyone confirm this? I saw a Facebook post mentioning it. It would be Jon Rua's first time on.

I really hope not! I bought tickets for today just to see Javier...

Yes. Jon Rua is on as Hamilton today, per Javier's Twitter. I made note in the Hamilton thread.

Well hey, now you can say you saw a debut!
Looking forward to hearing how Hamiljon did!
I prefer the term "Jonilton."
I was deferring to Lin's term. https://twitter.com/Lin_Manuel/status/678738900836352000
That's disappointing. Hamiljon isn't nearly as clever as Javilton.
Well, ya work with what ya have, I guess.

There was a very positive post on ATC last night, which is now down for maintenance (or I'd link). Said he was great and the rest of the cast seemed to be more energized and rallying around him.
From the "other" bulletin board, ATC (which is what Lizzie was referring to), posted by mllemulan:
I was at the matinee, and I didnt feel anything remotely like disappointment. Rua was solid, and I imagine he'll grow into it. The best part was the rest of the cast seemed to be rallying around their new leading man and I found them even better than the last time they saw it-- to the point that Jonathan Groff got Leslie Odom to crack up near the end of the show. Well done, Jon!

Here is what Leslie posted on Instagram. Jon looked a little tense understandably. Not sure about that wig though :P

It also looks like they haven't gotten Jon Rua a finale costume yet. Hamilton doesn't wear all white at the end of "Who Lives, Who Dies..." He is in black.
I'd love to see HamilJon in the near future. I think Jon is such a talented guy who reads so well onstage.
MyLife This looks like it was taken before the show, so Jon would be in the White suit that hamilton begins the show in.

I was a bit disappointed, but it was his first night. I've seen Hamilton twice, both times with Lin. For me, Jon didn't have the cockiness/confidence that the role demands. I just didn't buy that his Hamilton was "scrappy and hungry," but he seemed earnest. Jon is also physically much smaller than the other men, so felt overshadowed in more ways than one. I thought it was just me, but the two women next to me thought Jon was "the weakest of everyone." The other actors (Daveed, Okieriete, Chris) were absolutely electrifying, though! I appreciated them much more this time around. I also appreciate Lin more. With Lin, I really bought Hamilton as a charismatic ladies man with tons of ambition and hunger who could also be a bit abrasive. Jon seems like a great performer, just maybe not a great fit for that role.
I did catch Leslie laughing (at Daveed I think). I was in Row C and one of the funniest moments for me was offstage. Jonathan Groff was spraying this woman in the front row and she kept wiping her face and leaning waayy over--but that didn't seem to help (at all).
it is most certainly before the show. why would they have a prayer circle after the show.

Lol. I was in Row C. All of these observations are dead on. Jon didn't command the part. He lacked the confidence and the flamboyance of Lin. Maybe he is still new to the part, but he was definitely overshadowed. All of the other actors had outstanding performances. It seemed they tried to step up their game.
Then how did he command the part?

Sorry typo. He didn't.
Whew....I was obsessing over what I was missing.
