I'm thrilled for him. I've thought he was adorable ever since I saw him dancing with a pair of giant chopsticks in FLOWER DRUM SONG. And quite talented too.

He's certainly paid his dues in flop after flop after flop. Nice that he'll be making big bucks in a hit show.

Totally agree with you, hushpuppy! My first exposure to him was on the revival recording of Pacific Overtures. I must say, it's weird thinking that high voice on "Someone in a Tree" will make for a suave Aladdin, but I can't wait to hear him in the part!

Heckuva nice fella too, from what I hear.
