Haha...I'm looking back on the things I wrote and I can tell that it was a mix between anger and excessive maple syrup that made me write with so many capital letters and extra punctuation. Now that it's been a little while and I'm not as PO'd...I thought about it a little more. My parents meant well, they were only trying to find out why I'm so secretive about girls. The one thing you should understand is that my siblings have always told my parents about every single crush and they have always come to them for advice when it comes to dating and the opposite sex...so they are extremely confused as to why I'm not the same way. I'm thinking about it even more and I don't think they really meant 'Get a girlfriend or you will never see the lights of NYC', what they were trying to tell me was to open up to them and not be so embarrassed to talk to them. I think they are pretty sure that I'm not straight (I won't lie...it's very easy to tell) but they have no idea how to approach that topic very well. In their minds, I'm either gay or I'm scared to talk to them about 'teen love'. This is not the first time that they've asked me if I'm gay in public places. Orthodontist's office, the mall, target...everywhere. They have told me many times 'Jazzy, if you're gay...that is fine. We will still love you'. I honestly think that they think I'm scared that they won't love me...and that is NOT the case. Many of you understand that there is more to coming out than just that. It has to be the right time for both the person coming out and the person finding out...and right now, I don't feel ready to tell my family. The only people I've told are you guys (because...nobody here 'actually' knows me) and 1 friend. They meant well, they just said it in the wrong way, at the wrong place, and at the wrong time.
Those pictures made me smile

Thank you for all your support and for not bashing me for completely changing the topic...I just really needed to vent. I love this thread, because we all share are love for Gavin and because it's cheaper than therapy. LOL!
The real question is,
Why the HELL were we eating a breakfast in the evening?!?
